Fantastic experience: Mr and Mrs Clark Estate Agents were simply brilliant and Lisa who was managing my purchase was amazing from start to finish. Although I wasn’t her Client, Lisa was an amazing person to keep in touch with in this process and was tenacious throughout and really cared in getting the job done for all involved. From showing us around the property, to contacting solicitors and answering our queries, Lisa helped get our sale over the line and now we have a new adventure in a great house! A friendly, personal service and one I was extremely pleased to receive when house moves can be very stressful. We want to say a huge thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Recently I've completed a house purchese, where Mike has been the seller's agent. Throughout those 6 months he has always been quick to respond, very infomative (this was my first buy) and kept me up to date. From start to finish, Lisa was our single point of contact, which made the entire process feel seamless and far less stressful. The photos she arranged made our house look absolutely amazing and generated plenty of interest straight away. Positive experience: Selling houses is an emotional business. But what you need are people in the process who are calm, know what they are doing and nudge you to a result. Mike and Mr&Mrs Clarke first up offer the best platform for your sale. Fantastic web content and a personal touch throughout. Secondly, listen carefully to his valuation and why. You may or may not like his advice, but had we listened more carefully our sale may have happened quicker, who knows. And finally, it is a partnership. If you engage in that mindset then you have the best chance. If you expect him to chase you, don’t expect the best result for your sale. We did our best to be a good partner to Mike and in turn we ended up with a sale we are content with and, believe it or not, offer to completion in 3 weeks. Yep you heard it, THREE WEEKS. Would I recommend Mike to anyone. Yes. But I’d also advise them to be an active and supportive partner in selling your home. You might then get a great result.

Fantastic experience: We chose Mike to sell our home after it had been listed with another agent for six weeks without any offers and very few viewings. From the outset, Mike’s approach was a breath of fresh air. His photography showcased the property beautifully and far superior to what we’d received previously and even before the “For Sale” board went up, he had already lined up multiple viewings. Thanks to his proactive efforts, the property sold quickly. Although the initial sale eventually fell through after a few months, Mike seemed to have people queuing up to buy houses as he had another buyer lined up within 24 hours, demonstrating just how well-connected and efficient he is. Positive experience: Mike Watkins Sells Homes is an apt name for the business. It was great to deal with Mike and overall a good experience. Sadly I think we did not set clear our requirements from the onset therefore we felt it was a bit rough towards the end of the deal. But overall Mike is an experienced and knowledgeable agent who knows the area and we would gladly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: Mike sold our house recently and I would never use a different estate agent again. Mike is always available and you only deal with him. Our house chain was very problematic and collapsed several times at the bottom of the chain. The information being passed through the solicitors was poor. Mike was the only person that stepped up and made contact with all the estate agents in the chain to ensure timely information was available to everyone. Fantastic experience: We decided to sell our house and move on to new pastures. We started out with two other agencies and got hardly any viewings and there was simply no traction. As Mrs and Mrs Clarke were also selling our in-laws house we asked if Mr Clarke would take a look at our property to see if he could identify where we were going wrong. He had a number of suggestions which we implemented straight and decided to go with him for the sale of the property. It started with some exception photography and videography with such care and attention to detail. When were presented with the outcome it looked like a different house. As soon as it was on the market we got immediate notice interest and have since had the ver 15 viewings in around 10 days. Mike has worked tirelessly and has absolutely smashing it. Fantastic experience: Mike was great from start to finish. From the first meeting he was friendly, approachable and didn't give 'the hard sell' but gave you the confidence that he knew what he was doing. Photos were done soon after that meeting and they were fantastic! Our property went online Wednesday night, by Friday we had a weekend of viewings booked in, and by Sunday evening we'd agreed a sale. Mike helped support throughout the legalities and was a great line of communication between us and our buyers. Such a personable guy, easy to get along with but also totally dedicated in helping us to sell our home He gets a photographer in to take excellent pictures which really helped our home to stand out online. He put our house up on the weds evening and by the Friday we had 5 viewings in. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable yet warm and friendly in his approach and communication was excellent . Mike considered our views and situation with regard to the asking price. Mike was also initially involved with our property purchase and was very patient and involved with our discussions with the owner .
