Negative experience: Don't believe all the five star reviews - the letting agents are quite pushy for you to leave a good review before they even finish setting up your contract. Our fire alarm was broken and it took them two months and several follow up messages to fix it. We moved out one month ago and they still haven't returned our deposit. Avoid if possible

Negative experience: Had a very dodgey experience. Went for a viewing at a flat a few months back. The lady seemed on edge and very VERY pushy which caused a number of red flags. Firstly, the garden was a mess, and there were letters piled up on the inside of the door suggesting many had moved into this place and then moved out. When I asked whose responsibility is the gardens, mine or the landlords, she would reply “we will sort that after you sign”. Red flag number 1. Secondly, she kept asking me over and over again if I could pay the deposit on the spot and sign the tenancy. She was very high rate. Red flag number 2. I told her repeatedly that I couldn’t do this and needed to speak with family first and every time I mentioned this the lady became more and more edgy. She asked me to ring my family in front of her to ask for the money and I wasn’t having it. Then she tried negotiating and asking me if I “could at least pay half right now”. She gave me a 2 hour deadline to decide and then I told her I wouldn’t be pursuing the property. It wasn’t the property itself that put me off but the pushiness of her trying to lease to me. It was estate agent tactical pushiness on steroids. Red flag number 3. I had told her I was disabled and she used that to suggest she was being pushy because “people like me deserve equal chances” but to me it seemed like a quick cash grab as the property wasn’t even listed on the website. Red flags 4 & 5. They then subsequently ignored my enquiries about other properties that were listed. Red flag number 6 Also a lot of the reviews are AI generated. Do not trust this company. Even their reviews are false. You can put most of them through an AI detector and most of them come back positive. Red flag number 7 Very uncomfortable experience, and before you hit me with the “we will take you to court for libel”, I have every single WhatsApp message screenshotted with date and time stamps. Avoid this disingenuous company
