Unfortunately he was let down by the lighting of the property and had to think on his feet and show me around with the light from his phone. Great location but needs lots of TLC inside and out for this to be worth the money asked for.

Negative experience: i am not give one star because i can not give zero I am really disappointed with the service provided by this agency. They arranged a viewing for a property that was still under construction and assured us that it would be in good condition when we moved in. Before moving, we contacted them several times, and the agents confirmed that the property was ready, freshly painted, and free from mould or damp. However, when we moved in, the property was in very poor condition — full of mould, damp, and leaks. When we raised these issues, the only response we received was that it was not their responsibility. They also told us we could not leave the property because they would struggle to find new tenants. The property is not in a livable condition due to the leaks, damp, and strong odour, and we cannot even use the bedroom. This agency has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. They made false assurances to get us to sign the contract, and now their only concern seems to be collecting rent. I strongly advise others not to trust this agency or enter into any agreements with them — you may end up in the same situation we are in.
