Fantastic experience: Ryan and Sanjay have been brilliant right from the first email enquiry, we had struggled to sell the house over the last few years with a variety of estate agents and for us this was the last attempt to sell and they did not disappoint. They had the property sold within a couple of months from the enquiry to an agreed sale price. The communication, the valuation, the videos/photos which were amazing, quick and clear showed the house in the best possible way and did a variety to of videos to send at different times to advertise and even did extra quick videos when doing viewings (even mopped my floor to ensure it stayed clean for the next viewing ) always went the extra mile, to the viewings and the feedback from the viewings, getting us the best agreed price and then seeing the sale through to the end, we waited so long although in the new house now it still doesn’t feel real as we didn’t think we would get here. Fantastic experience: I can safely say that Ryan and Sanjay would be the only agents I would recommend in the Bracknell area. Whilst we didn’t get a complete sale, which was not down to their fault, I would confidently say that I wouldn’t consider any other agent when selling my house again. They really know their stuff and I really got the impression that Sanjay was there to help along the whole way. We never felt pressured into decisions we didn’t want to make. He simply gave his expert advice and let us decide on our route. I also love their sales style with including drone footage and advertising on their social media channels before hitting the likes of rightMove. Fantastic experience: I highly highly recommend Ryan and Sanjay, they're incredible! Ryan took the lead on selling our home and really stood out from the estate agents I met for a valuation. Our house had a loft conversion, making it unique compared to other properties in the surrounding roads and he clearly understood the property, and it's pros and cons, for what it actually was rather than putting it in the "3 bed semi" box that I was finding with other agents. The marketing material he and Sanjay took really reflected this, and we were so impressed with the results. He also came across as a fresh and modern take on estate agency. I couldn't believe it when I had one agent who asked to book in another appointment to speak to my husband.... In comparison Ryan showed me marketing tools and proof of concept that he had potential buyers for the house, as well as the amazing social media marketing they produce ahead of the main "launch". We have 3 young children, so preparing for viewings could be a real nightmare, but Ryan made sure the bookings were efficiently put together, and vetted the potential buyers well to make sure we were really getting the most out of those viewings. Once we had an offer, Ryan was brilliant at making sure both we and the buyer had the information we needed, and moved the process along really smoothly. He was incredibly responsive. Many people tell us when they sell their homes there is inevitably a stage where the estate agents won't return their calls and they feel like they're endlessly chasing. We certainly never experienced this, everything was responded to and dealt with really quickly and we were never left hanging. When it came to crunch time, and we were experiencing solicitor delays at exchange, both Ryan and Sanjay did everything they could to push things along and fight our corner. If you're thinking of using Ryan and Sanjay to sell your home, please don't hesitate. These guys really are the best, and will the best support and allies you can have through the selling process.

Fantastic experience: Where to start! I cannot recommend Sanjay highly enough if there were 10 stars he'd get them. From slick professional marketing to taking total control of your property getting to know you & your buyer thats Sanjay in a nutshell. All ways at the end of the phone He sold our property the first week for the full asking price! He doesn't mess around with the I think we could market it for this much but if it doesn't sell in a month we can reduce it. He tells you what your property is actually worth if you genuinely want to sell. What should have been a stress free sale as we had a first time buyer & we were buying a new build turned into a nightmare due to BFC land searches & their total incompetence. Sanjay looked at a work around & kept us updated at all times. I had a couple of wobbles but one phone call & he reasured me that everything would be fine. We have exchanged contracts now & move on the 23rd June. If you are thinking of selling your property look no further give Sanjay at Avocado a call I promise you you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been meaning to write this review for ages… I would thoroughly recommend Ryan and Sanjay at Avocado. We worked mostly with Ryan (alongside Sanjay) at Avocado, and from the very start their communication was excellent — it’s actually the main reason I chose them (and I met with 5 estate agents!). Our situation wasn’t super straightforward, as the house sale came off the back of a relationship breakdown, but they handled everything with real care and professionalism. They set up a WhatsApp group and communicated with each of us separately when needed. They also navigated the added challenge when I moved over to Australia and the time difference without any issues. Throughout the process, I felt like everything was in very safe hands. They were organised and proactive, and always kept us up to date with the right level of detail and reassurance. As a first-time seller, I didn’t know what to expect, but they made the whole experience feel straightforward and as stress-free as it realistically could be. It was clear they had properly qualified buyers and knew what they were doing, which gave me a lot of confidence. Fantastic guys, and I’m really glad we chose Avocado. Fantastic experience: "We wanted a business partner, not an agent...and boy did we get one"!! When it comes to selling your home, there is nothing more protracted, stressful and challenging. Anyone who ventures down this path will encounter the above, without a doubt and this is why it is so important to choose the right people with the experience, the industry knowledge and a cutting edge. We had interviewed 9 local estate agencies in our local area Bracknell, yes you read that correctly, 9 in total!! The reason for this, it is a simple one; we wanted to find a partner who loved our house the same way as we did, gave us realistic expectations on the value and created a solid plan to try and achieve a sale which was also timely. Enter Ryan and Sanjay from Avocado - they stood out so far from the rest and trust me when I say this, you will know how different they are when it comes to selling your home. Fantastic experience: Working with Sanjay to purchase a property has been a breath of fresh air. His professionalism and attentiveness to the process was well above the service we had experienced with Avocado's High Street competitors. Avocado’s Digital Marketing approach is what first attracted us to the property we ended up purchasing - this saved us a lot of time of having to explore various areas ourselves as the videos they produce really capture the essence of the properties and locations they represent. Fantastic experience: Sanjay and his team have been absolutely amazing. I reached out to them in December 2024 in January 2025 the property was listed and within days an offer was made and accepted. They ensure that they do excellent research into buyers and sellers to ensure every sale is as smooth as possible. Fantastic experience: We worked with Sanjay to sell our house and were very lucky he was also the agent on the house we were buying. He set up an open day so we didnt have to deal with weeks of viewings, and got several offers. Our sale ended up being a bit complicated (probate, leasehold) but Sanjay worked tirelessly to follow up with agents, solicitors and other third parties to push it through, keeping us updated on WhatsApp throughout. I don’t doubt that any other agents wouldn’t have been able to get it over the line. He went above and beyond what you would expect from an agent, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After a less than satisfying experience with an Estate Agent, I took the plunge and changed to Avocado as they were the only company no-one had said a bad word about! After 4 months on the market with the previous Estate Agent and some alterations to the marketing, Sanjay and Matt had my property sold in under 2 weeks. They have both been responsive, transparent, helpful, personable and a joy to work with. They were complete day and night with my first Estate Agent and you really do get what you pay for in this industry, so don't be tempted to try and save some money when selling a house! I must have watched it numerous times and it was just like walking around the property myself, totally on point and I was sold straight away. From recommending the solicitors (who incidentally were great) to being on hand for any questions, I simply couldn’t fault them. The delivery was consistently swift, helpful and friendly. I put the offer in over the Christmas period, so the worst possible time in terms of availability of everyone, but Ellen was amazing and kept me in the loop, even over that period of time which I was very grateful for, being as my sale (dealt with by another agent) was a bit of a painful process, so having my purchase run so smoothly alongside this helped me greatly. Fantastic experience: How estate agency should be done. Estate agents don’t have a good reputation for a reason. These guys are doing nearly the polar opposite to the typical ‘high street agent’ and the results and reviews speak for themselves. Blown away by the property video with drone shots of the local area. This just can’t be shown in your typical 8 photos that most others will do and is a game changer for marketing a property. My main gripe previously with other agents was dealing with every employee in the office and no-one really knowing what was going on, being passed from pillar to post. I only ever dealt with Ellen & Sanjay via WhatsApp and they were always able to come back to me instantly with exactly what was going on. As enjoyable an experience as is possible when going through the stressful experience of selling a property and no doubt more and more people will start copying what they do as a great experience with your estate agent is a rare and memorable one. Fantastic experience: This is how estate agency should work in the 21st century! Selling our property was made very simple for us, as they create a marketing strategy for your home that works. Support is given to you through the process & most importantly, you feel you can ask questions at any time with an open & honest answer in return. At times, it felt like they were also acting as our solicitor & buying agent too! If all estate agents & solicitors adopted this approach, buying & selling property in the UK would be so much easier!

Fantastic experience: Ellen & Sanjay -- Excellent service, outstanding marketing strategy, especially with the bespoke video which was so nicely made especially with a voice over and drone tech They are unique, passionate, very informative and very approachable estate agents! As per the advice from Sanjay we went for an open day and our house was sold in a day! They got us an offer above the asking price. They made the process of selling the house so convenient, remaining approachable throughout the whole process via a whatsapp group (literally 24/7!) the average response time was an hour or less, mostly few minutes We had some issues with the management company involved that delayed the whole process – but Sanjay was very pro-active in keeping it all chased down for us without even asking for it very kind and considerate. ‘They really are not a typical Estate Agent’ – if you ever are thinking of selling or buying a property look no further, go for AVOCADO never ever go for anyone else.
