Negative experience: We are the buyers of Blackpool St, we lived in the house next to the one we brought. What can I say these are the worst estate agents ever, don’t have a clue and really unprofessional. We would have paid £10k more than what we did given it was next door, they didn’t negotiate and that’s the only best thing about them. They talk a good game, but that’s all they do. Their a franchise, no professionalism or estate agent experience, very good with convincing people. At the outset wanted us to use their mortgage broker and solicitor, obviously they get commissions. Thankfully we didn’t our solicitor was on the ball and despite several requests for confirmation of an completion date by email they didn’t do so. I suspect the positive reviews are fake from friends, as they have more reviews than houses they’ve sold. I wouldn’t sell with this company and if I was buying don’t use their recommendations for brokers or solicitors.
