Fantastic experience: I recently sold my house through Bagshaws, and the team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I dealt with all of the girls during the sale, but especially Heather, who went above and beyond. From start to finish, they kept me fully informed, regularly calling with updates on viewings, feedback, and offers. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt reassured that everything was progressing as it should. I had complete trust in the team and even gave them a key so they could arrange and conduct viewings without me being there. At the time, I had a newborn baby, so this took a huge amount of pressure off me and made the whole process much easier. The sale went through smoothly, and I genuinely believe Bagshaws made it happen. This is the third time I have used them, and I wouldn’t choose anyone else. Fantastic experience: Excellent service from all the staff especially Heather wouldn't use any other agent in Uttoxeter

Fantastic experience: The team based in Uttoxeter are extremely friendly, they helped me to secure my first home at a discounted price. They were able to mitigate any unnecessary stress along the way. McKenzie was the estate agent who oversaw my house purchase, she was cordial and helped break things down for me. I’ll be recommending Bagshaws to others in the future, thank you McKenzie and the rest of the team :)

Fantastic experience: Bagshaws Uttoxeter sold our house about ten times over - almost everyone who viewed it made an offer which was amazing. The photographs were brilliant as was the video and I think it's safe to say that we'd have wanted to buy our own house having viewed both the photos and the video (if we weren't moving)! After we had agreed a buyer and accepted their offer, things dragged on for almost six months due to legal and contractual issues with the remainder of the five-house chain and Heather, Kelly, Callum and the rest of the team at Bagshaws were extremely supportive of us when it was starting to really get us down. They kept us believing that everything would work out in the end and - finally - it did so huge thanks to the team and well done on a great job selling our house for us!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved house and Bagshaws Estate agents in Uttoxeter were absolutely brilliant throughout. Kelly, Heather and MacKenzie were knowledgeable, supportive and helpful, and Maria gave expert financial advice. Can’t thank the team enough. Fantastic experience: Brilliant from start to finish, from Adams initial visit valuation the service was second to none

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Adam looked after the sale of our house from start to finish, great communication and support even with the difficulties we had. Definitely recommend him, he really did make a difficult sale feel far easier than it was.

Fantastic experience: I dealt with Heather, Kelly and Callum when purchasing my house through them, they were always contactable and very proactive. All super people persons, understood my requirements and challenges and really represented me as well as their client so professionally and empathetically throughout the whole process. I am really grateful to their approach and highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Booked a viewing through bagshaws only to get to the property at the time agreed and to be standing around for 15-20 mins waiting for the estate agent. We then called the estate agent to ask where they was and we was told they wasn’t coming for that time agreed but we could view an hour and half later after a viewing was finished at the same property. Awful Customer service and lost a potential sale.

Fantastic experience: I have both bought a property and sold a property with Bagshaws residential Uttoxeter and on both occasions the communication, advice and support has been next-to-none. Heather, Kelly, Gaynor and Callum have always been so helpful, chasing every query & question. Always accommodating when organising viewings, coming to our property when we weren’t available to hold viewings ourselves. Thank you!

Negative experience: Wanted to look at a property on line (which had a board outside) and it wasn't on the site .

Fantastic experience: Excellent service

Negative experience: In my search for an estate agent to sell my house, I contacted Bagshaws, as they were local to me. Bridget arrived at my house with a number in mind before she even stepped through the door. Convinced that she already “knew” the house, she didn’t really listen to me explaining all the upgrades I’d made and didn’t take much notice of how different the house was to when I moved in. She convinced me that the house wouldn’t sell at the number I had in mind, because she knew that it had been on the market for some time when I bought it. She suggested that I market it at a number LOWER than what I bought it for (I bought it in 2018, post Brexit, snap election and a VERY different market). When I disagreed, she said I could start it £10k higher than my purchase price. Mind you, I’ve put more than £10k of work into the house. I pretty much knew I wasn’t going to work with her because of her rude and condescending attitude, but at the end of the conversation she asked me who else was coming around to quote. She was extremely unprofessional when I told her the other companies I had coming out. She even lied about one company, telling me how bad it was and how she knew people who had bad experiences there. I found this the most unprofessional behaviour and knew I’d not be working with her. Thankfully I went with my gut and went elsewhere, because I ended up £55k richer than I would have been.

Positive experience: Clear website, easy to navigate around.

Fantastic experience: Can not give this company a better review they are fantastic and would 100% recommend to anyone that needs to sell or buy. Kelly really went above and beyond with my house sale during some testing times. Thank you all at Bagshaws Residential Uttoxeter

Fantastic experience: Great service, really speedy and full of local knowledge, Thank you

Fantastic experience: Very helpful team who went above and beyond to get us over some very large obstacle, Can't fault them. Very approachable.

Fantastic experience: Great guys down there always helped out wherever possible.

Positive experience: What is there to say? We have just exchanged contracts and will complete next week. It's taken 18 weeks from viewing due to various bottlenecks along the way. The dealings we had with Grace were Efficient, and when both legal teams seemed to be putting "trivial" issues with the land registry on the back burner, she was able to somehow get it sorted.
