Fantastic experience: A very professional Agent, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: An absolute pleasure to work with, in the sale of a rental property. We agreed on a price from the outset, having discussed their suggestion and my wishes. We agreed a timeline to try and work to, and they even suggested a solicitors, whilst more expensive than a "factory conveyancing firm" proved to also help bring the sale in with in the timeline. Pearsons Waterlooville were attentive and proactive. Communication was brilliant, with someone always answering the phone and ensuring you would be called back if required. Thank you.

Donna sold my house on the first day at the full asking price (twice), Louise was a mountain of information and Tom was an absolute gem, he walked with me through the ups and downs of the buying and selling process and chased all parties in a timely manner. A totally professional team.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Friendly, efficient and realistic. They have long-serving, experienced staff who handle matters very professionally. Fantastic experience: Considering Pearsons were acting for the clients who sold their property to us they were fantastic, they did far more than our own estate agents, they were totally pro active throughout the moving process and in fact were the most polite and professional agents we have ever used.

Fantastic experience: Tom Onion and his team have been friendly and totally professional helping me to sell my house. As well as supporting me purchasing my new home. The whole process has had its ups and downs, but I have been able to depend on their integrity throughout. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: They never returned my enquiry. Used a different estate agent

Fantastic experience: Tom and all the staff at Waterlooville Branch have been exemplary in all aspects of selling my house . I would thoroughly recommend them , very professional.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was extremely good and kept us informed throughout the rental process.

Fantastic experience: This is the third time in recent years that I have retained Pearsons to sell a property. I obviously returned to Pearsons because I was pleased with the level of service provided previously. However, on this occasion, I feel that the degree of professionalism and tenacity I witnessed made the difference between the sale failing and succeeding. At this time, when the housing market is facing obvious challenges, having an experienced, knowledgeable Estate Agent is imperative. I found the whole team at Pearsons, lead by Tom Onion, motivated and constantly aware of the challenges and issues of the long chain of sales I was involved in. Tom maintained regular contact with me updating me with the many issues that occurred and always provided sound advice and information which, eventually, led to a successful conclusion. I should also add that the valuation I received from Paul Wolland was spot on, as it had been on my two previous sales. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional and helpful service from all staff members. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great service from all at Pearsons, Waterlooville. Tom gave an accurate valuation, and sensible advice, they arranged frequent viewings and follow ups. Can’t fault them. Even after the first sale fell through, the enthusiasm was still there to get us the best price possible. Many thanks - would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Tom and his team have been fantastic with our sale - got us sold within a day of going on the market and super quick at responding to anything when we had any questions - would highly recommend, they helped make a stressful experience a lot less stressful!

Fantastic experience: Tom and his team went above and beyond during the sale process. We are very grateful for the effort you all put in to sell our house for us. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: The team provided a thoroughly professional, but personal, service. Recommended solicitors weren't bad, either. Selling only, no purchase. Highly recommended throughout. Many thanks to you all.

Fantastic experience: Such a smooth process, Sarah was so professional and friendly, guided us through everything, we were kept informed of our journey and she went above and beyond every step of the way. Would love to give 10 stars!! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Above and beyond is how I would describe the work of Tom at Pearson's. He's personally been an integral part to this move happening. At certain points I never thought we would get the move over the line but now we have, and I put a great deal of that on how Tom has performed throughout. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Tom and his Team were very efficient. I would highly recommend Pearsons to anyone. Excellent communication at all times throughout the process. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased a property from Pearsons Estate Agents Waterlooville. They were amazing. The level of professionalism, communication and care is unmatched, they was able to maintain a clear line of communication between everyone when the solicitors failed to do so. If there was any issues the team at Pearson would respond and resolve the problem immediately. I would highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly professional service whilst remaining assertive when required throughout times when things get held up & need a push. Very approachable agent always willing to offer help and advice. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fantastic experience: First class service from beginning to end. So glad we used Pearsons. They are brilliant at communicating each stage so you know exactly what is happening.

Fantastic experience: Myself & my wife Chloe dealt with Tom Onion who went above and beyond for us. Excellent, professional and always on call if we needed to speak with him. kept us in the loop at every stage of the selling process. We have now bought & sold through Pearsons (Waterlooville) and would have no hesitation in recommending Pearson’s to anyone looking to buy or sell. Regards Jason St Pierre

Fantastic experience: If you're reading this and looking for a professional caring service, don't hesitate to use Pearsons Waterlooville. They couldn't have been more helpful and attentive to our needs, and we're so glad we decided to walk through their door and not anyone else's. Tom and his team worked really hard for us to give us the best experience we could possibly have - even when they were really busy, they still made sure our calls were treated with as much attention as they could. Selling a house is never easy, but Pearsons make sure it goes as smooth as it possibly can, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The Pearson's team were helpful right from the word go - which was a year ago when I was seeking advice on whether to rent or sell my property. They put no pressure on me at all but a year later when I was ready, they showed themselves to be conscientious and available to help every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, they communicated immediately and responded to any issues or requests with honesty and experience. I am very grateful to them for all their help and good humour!

Fantastic experience: Can’t rate Tom and Sophie highly enough. Fantastic Purchase and sale both with them. Very reasonable rates as well. Best bit was Tom kept me up to date every step of the way which many other companies do not. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Perfect experience, purchasing my first home was never going to be easy, however Tom was so helpful and always kept me in the loop! amazing experience would recommend 100%

Fantastic experience: We cannot praise enough Katie and Michelle for their terrific support and kindness. We were short of time trying to let a house to rent from overseas due to our return to the UK. They helped find the right home for our family and assisted in all the steps through seamless email correspondence, thus leading us to rent our house in less than a week. We were also impressed by the politeness when we signed the agreement, including the welcome gift. Nowadays, it is difficult for international workers to deal with all the issues related to moves. Finding an agency like Pearsons of Waterlooville and people like Katie and Michelle is a blessing. Thank you from all our family.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for Pearsons. They dealt with our sale and were professional throughout. Getting to exchange had a number of challenges and we were always kept up-to-date by Tom and had absolute confidence that he was working hard on our behalf. I highly recommend Tom and his team at Pearsons

Fantastic experience: Having worked with a lot of estate agents across the countryside. Have to say Pearson's are one of the best. They give you plenty of communication from marketing right through to the sale progression and completion. Professional, friendly and great communicators. I would happily recommend them to anyone. :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service, could not do enough, communication was excellent and most importantly it was very quick! Could not fault and would use again!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved out of the London area to Hampshire and bought our house through Pearsons Waterlooville. Tom and his team were superb from start to finish. Someone was always available to answer any queries we had, phone calls were always returned promptly, e mails were always answered very speedily. Tom maintained excellent, professional contact with the other agents and solicitors in the chain and worked tirelessly to keep everything on track. Excellent service all round.

Fantastic experience: After a very difficult purchase due to fall out from Covid Pearson's Waterlooville helped us get the sale through. Sophie was fantastic to deal with and kept us informed throughout. She did above and beyond for this sale and we are very happy with the service provided. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Thanks for your support in a frantic, last minute rush to coordinate 4 parties in a chain.

Fantastic experience: An absolute delight to deal with! As first time buyers we were apprehensive and although Pearsons were acting on behalf of the seller, they kept us up to date, chased when needed (Sophie sold our new home to us at 1st sight, Tom was excellent with updates). We received this lovely welcome box that had our home keys in it alongside other bits and bobs - this lovely gesture melted our hearts. Thank you guys and we will definitely have future dealings with these lots again!

Fantastic experience: Pearson's, in particular Tom were acting on behalf of the sellers when we purchased our new house however, they were thoroughly professional throughout and filled me with confidence from the outset. When issues required chasing they were quick to act and update as required. Of all the parties involved in the conveyancing process they undoubtedly impressed us the most. I would 100% recommend Pearson's in Waterlooville.

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank Sophie and Tom. Without them I wouldn't had a chance to buy my house. They pushed my solicitors to do their job faster, so the deal won't be cancelled. Very pleased!

Fantastic experience: I always felt in safe hands with Pearsons. This was our first time buying a house and the agent Sophie was always on hand to help and advise us - thank you! Everything was done in a friendly and highly professional manner. I would definitely recommend Pearsons to anyone.

Negative experience: Run, run far away from Pearsons Waterlooville. Extremely incompetent. They didn't check the contact details from the viewers of our house. One of the viewers was a woman that used to go to houses that were for sale as only entreteinment available during lockdown (she told us this as a joke but ended been true when realised her number was fake) , specially to those with children rooms because her disabled child used to like to see their toys. The first buyer pulled out just when we found our dream house to buy. They didn't manage to find a new buyer for a while saying that they "obviously" have contacted all the people that have shown interest in our house in the past. In the meantime we lost the house that we wanted because the seller couldn't wait for us. Finally a couple came to see our house and made an offer. Chatting with them we discovered that they have tried to see the house months ago and they were told that the house was sold subject to contract. Pearsons have never contact them again. They just found out that the house was back in the market when they were searching in RIGHTMOVE website. So if Pearsons would have contacted this people before we wouldn't lost the house that we wanted to buy. Incompetents. By the way, I took the photos and I pushed Persons for a better online exposure sobasically, was me and RIGHTMOVE who sold the house.

Fantastic experience: Tom Onion of Pearson’s has been a true professional throughout the process of our house purchase. He has been supportive, excellent with communication and helped all stages of the process. He is a fantastic estate agent and we would highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Pearson’s, their attention to detail was impeccable. We were continually kept up to date on the process of the sale, which was very reassuring along the way. Tom always had time to sort out any queries and responded promptly, he is a credit to the branch.

Fantastic experience: Tom, Sophie and the team were fantastic throughout the whole buying process. We had some testing issues to get through but they helped pull it all together and now we are very happy in our dream home. We cannot rate them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Seamless service from start to finish - Tom Onion was so helpful throughout and helped us get moved into our new home within in 9 weeks of selling meaning we were able to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday, so thank you so much :) wouldn't hesitate in using in the future Thanks again

Fantastic experience: Pearson’s Estate Agents went over and above board in helping me with the purchase of a property. What must be highlighted is the fact that they were not my Estate Agents but the seller’s agents!!! They kept me informed every step of the way and told me when I had exchanged and completed on the property, where unfortunately my own Estate Agents failed to do so!!! Tom was helpful , professional and supportive and the girls in the office we’re very welcoming, friendly and courteous at all times when communication took place. They responded to any queries I had. I really cannot thank them enough for their help. It should be noted that when dealing with clients that a friendly, helpful and nothing is too much attitude goes along way. Pearson’s excelled in all of these and for someone who was not even their Client. And so, based on this I would strongly advise people who are looking for that personal touch to use them. I do not intend moving again but if in the future I decided too, Pearsons win hands down for top notch Estate Agents!!!

Fantastic experience: Pearson’s provided an exceptional service to sell my house. The whole process from putting our house on the market to moving into our new home took 12 weeks ensuring we took advantage of the stamp duty holiday. Pearson’s were instrumental in making this happen with constant contact with different parties up and down the chain. Special thanks to Tom Onion.
