We then closely communicated with Ross, Ross always kept us in the loop and was extremely professional with his approach and proactive with our sale. It was a pleasure to work closely with Ross. If you are wanting to sell your property, I really recommend using Homes but especially Kevin and Ross as they have made the process a lot less stressful. Fantastic experience: My sister and I have recently helped our dad purchase a flat in Liphook. After months and months of frustration and feeling like we were never going to complete, Ross Bennett made contact with us and within a few weeks we finally completed! Ross was extremely proactive in the buying process and kept us informed of any updates on a daily basis, also taking the initiative to contact the sellers and solicitors direct on many occasions. Without Ross, I feel dad may still be waiting to move in so I can't praise Ross' professionalism and communication skills enough. Thank you Ross !!

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. Ben the branch manager is rude. After complaining with Homes for not only not fulfilling their duty to provide an aftersales service to the end, on the day of moving there was a delay in completion and he put unnecessary pressure to leave the property even though half of our belongings were left behind. After going through the complaints procedure it seems the customer isn’t always right. No sympathy or compassion for the customers only for the purchaser and after spending a vast amount of money for their “service” we feel we it has not been value for money.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing mainly with Leo and I'm a really straight forward guy who wants no BS. Leo has found me a buyer at a price that we are happy with and the arrangements and negotiations were spot on. I was not bothered with minor detail, he just got on with the job and most importantly did what he said he would do. 10/10 from me. No BS from Leo. Thank you.

Leo helped show us around the property and had great and honest information about the house and the local area. After this, the process was made very easy by Ellie, the sales progres or who helped guide us through the process, from recommending the best solicitors, surveyors and worksmen to making sure we had done all the relevant checks.. We were also very impressed with Ellie in the office who looked after all the behind the scenes hard work once the ball was rolling. She kept us informed all the way and we never felt cut adrift or unsure of what was happening at any point. The communications were first class. All in all an excellent, professional and switched-on agency that leave the others we’ve dealt with in the shade.

Fantastic experience: I had been shown a couple of properties by Sally Sanders ,although they weren't for me, Sally understood the sort of property I was looking for and continued to be proactive on my behalf. She found me my ideal home, it wasn't in an area that I was currently looking at, but now in hindsight it couldn't be in a better location.
