Negative experience: We are trying to purchase a house and out of all of the Farnham estate agents, Andrew Lodge have been the least proactive. They have our details and specifications on file yet have never contacted us when a new property comes on the market. Most estate agents email or phone us when properties come on the market - not Andrew Lodge. If you’re looking for a new home, searching websites every day is not fun. Assistance would be much appreciated! One time we viewed a property with them and were not even notified when it went under offer the next day - we only found out when we looked online as we were considering putting in an offer! I wouldn’t recommend them unless they start addressing these issues.
