Fantastic experience: I had brilliant service from Peter Alan Morriston when selling my mother's house recently. I was selling the property while living away which added to the challenge, but I had excellent support from Nicky Price in particular, who went above and beyond not only with the sale, but also in resolving a number of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed in advance of the sale. Selling the family home was always going to be stressful, but Nicky and the team made it considerably easier. The service was very professional and communication was excellent throughout, making what is generally an incredibly stressful process as smooth as possible. My deepest thanks to Nicky and the team for an excellent service!

Negative experience: DISCUSTING SERVICE FROM LOGAN AND HIS RENTAL MANAGER JOSH BASED AT THE MORRISTON OFFICE. WARNING TO FUTURE CLIENTS, DO NOT PUT ANY HOLDING DEPOSITS DOWN ON ANY RENTAL PROPERTIES AS THEY DON'T REFUND YOU THE MONEY BACK. I HAVE BEEN WAITING THREE WEEKS FOR THIS MONEY AND CONSTANTLY HAD TO CHASE THIS SEVAERAL TIMES A WEEK AND ALWAYS TOLD IT WILL BE IN YOUR'E ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS. PETER ALAN ESTATE AGENTS ARE A COMPANY THAT YOU NEED TO STAY CLEAR FROM. HOW THEY HAVE PEOPLE LIKE JOSH AS MANAGERS TOTALLY BEATS ME AS THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY JUST CONSTANTLY LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. WARNING STAY CLEAR!

Fantastic experience: Could not be happier with the support myself and my partner have received from this estate agents. Ellie in particular was fantastic at explaining everything and helping with any queries we had and made the whole process- especially as first time buyers- a lot less stressful. Fantastic customer service from friendly staff.

Negative experience: Very slow process and very confusing to us as first time buyers. Certain facts weren't made available about the property until we were a long way down the line to buying it. Very hard to get in touch with staff with one member getting quite brusque because we asked for her help when she was away on holiday ( we weren't aware). The surveyors recommended by Peter Alan were useless and didn't spot that the property needed a complete new roof. We asked repeatedly after the sale for the sales particulars to be taken down off the internet but this was never done.

Negative experience: I am absolutely furious about my experience with Peter Alan Morriston this week regarding a rental property. I viewed a house for rent in in Tal Y Coed, Hendy on Monday and told the gentleman at the end of the viewing that I am interested in renting it and was told verbally that he would make a note of that and watched as he wrote this down. I asked before leaving what he would need from me and he told me nothing at this point. It is now Thursday and I have not received any correspondence from Peter Alan since but have this morning seen that the property is marked as Let Agreed on the listing. At the very least an email stating that I was unsuccessful should be provided. I am disgusted by the level of communication that this branch has chosen to provide a potential tenant and have had my time wasted, leaving me feeling completely messed around. So based on this experience I would not recommend this service by this branch.

Positive experience: Helped to find a suitable house. Very understanding and cooperative staff.

Fantastic experience: The dealings I had with Peter Alan was mostly very good. However, almost three months after my offer was accepted on my property, I had a phone call from one of the ladies working there, telling me, that although it wasn’t my fault, my seller couldn’t wait forever for the money to go through, and three days later, they’d put it back on the market. That obviously upset me & made me panic that I would lose the property. I thought that was bad policy. I was told that they weren’t having anyone else to view it, so why put it back online? Having said that, everyone else was friendly. Nicky in particular was extremely helpful & he was always on the other end of the phone or always got back to me if I texted or left him a voicemail, he was really easy to talk to & put my mind at rest when I thought I’d lose my property. I am now settled in & very happy, after a very stressful time.

Fantastic experience: As first time buyers, the whole process can't be slightly daunting, but can honestly say Peter alan morriston have been amazing. Unlike other estate agents in the area they have been efficient, helpful and gone above and beyond to keep me informed of new properties becoming available and making our purchase happen. From our viewings with Samuel we were immediately put at ease, his friendly, informative manner made viewing properties a pleasure rather than an uninformed chore. Stephanie in the office has been amazing in keeping me informed at all times, letting us know new properties have come into the market and then liaising with us to get our offer accepted. She has been so friendly and approachable at all times, no questions we've had have been too much and always gets back to my emails swiftly. We also decided to go with their in house mortgage advisor Connor and again he has been fab. Explained everything clearly, promptly and has made sure all paperwork has been explained fully. He has also been very approachable and friendly. All in all you can tell they are all a very informed, young, fresh dynamic team together and are passionate about getting their roles done properly. They will all go far in life because they treat their clients like human beings (unlike other estate agents locally) I highly recommend Peter alan morriston, so far we are extremely happy with everything they have done to make our new home a reality. Its incredibly hard to find suitable affordable rentals in the current market which makes the process very stressful. After my last tenant moved out I decided to use Peter Alan Morriston branch to fully manage my rental property. Since day one Joseph Johns has made the whole process so easy for me. He found a tenant within days of the property going on the market and sorted everything so the tenants were able to move in as soon as the house was ready. I would highly recommend Joe for his friendly and professional manner and I know that he is always there to answer any questions I have. Negative experience: Worst letting experience ever! Not recommended Been renting with this agency in swansea for the last 9 months. Terrible experience, no maintenance issued getting fixed. Fantastic experience: Moving in to a 3-bed house today that I absolutely adore which would not have been possible if Anthony never recommended it. My sister and I wanted something very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4, the first house I viewed did not instantly kick in. Anthony was very kind and patient to listen to our needs, and was able to advise us on not settling for something that we would later regret suggesting that it might be better if we looked at other houses. So he recommended a different house and the rest they say is history. The process was seamless. From viewing the house with Louie who was so sweet to signing all required documents with Anthony. He was always available for any questions we had even when he was out of office at some point, and kept us frequently updated on the next steps. I’m excited to begin this journey with Peter Alan.

Fantastic experience: Just exchanged after putting our house up for sale with Peter Alan. Tor really knows the market and ensured we got a quick sale so we didnt miss out on another property. Unfortunately, a negative review has been left for Peter Alan after we chose not to sell to one couple, this was completely our choice after being given the feedback of all those who offered and Tor did a fantastic job keeping us informed with the updates. The photographer that was used made our home look its best and we were able to pop in to branch where Teegan was on hand to help with sending paperwork back and forth solicitors. Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service with these lot, if you are looking to rent off Peter Alan, please don't save yourself the hassle. I was living in the flat for 4 years they took another months rent after leaving. They didn't respond to my emails which left me with no money during Christmas. They are completely against their tenants, they ignored all of my maintenance requests during living at my flat in parc gwernfadog. The Landlord is trying to claim the entire deposit which is absolute joke, claiming that they needed it to paint two rooms and cleaning. Peter Alan have just been against me since Day 1 of handing in my leaving notice. When I paid for my last months rent which was good for another TWO WEEKS after leaving, they were bringing people inside my flat for viewings whilst I was cleaning and packing up, which is very impatient in my opinion and rude. The people in the Cardiff branch have been extremely lazy at dealing with any issues, they basically give you the run around passing you on to other people until you end up with the same person you were talking to, they are basically a bunch of kids trying to irritate you in the process. Do yourself a favour, don't rent from any of their properties, bunch of scumbags that suck up to the landlords and don't look after their tenants at all.

Negative experience: I'm usually only giving reviews for outstanding services. However this time I have to give the worst score possible as it is embarassing what happened to my partner and myself. We had a viewing of a house in which my partner could not attend due to work issues. The house was the perfect fit for us, so we sent an offer for it. The offer got accepted straight away in a couple of days, so we submitted all the paperwork needed to assure we could buy the house. The paperwork was ok, so then we called them to see the property again, as my partner could not see it yet. You know, you would not buy something you could never see! She wanted to see it because the kitchen was a bit small and we were planning on expanding it, so we wanted to revisit the house just to imagine how to do that. Then, when asking for it, a lady called Kimberly (sorry if there is a typo with the name, I'm spanish and have difficulties on understanding the names by phone) - just was telling us she should get back to the house owner as we might not be interested in the house. She also told us that we had made her spend so much time on us and that there are many offers which are holding. That this was not nice and she was quite upset about that. I called her afterwards to let her understand that we were 100% interested in it. We just wanted to do a viewing again so my partner could see it! But she kept avoiding that, never listening to what I was saying. I tried to tell her that our first language is not English (we are from Spain), and that maybe I did not express myself well enough. The next day she calls us just to explain us that the offer has been given to another customer, as "my partner declarations could not be accepted, and that they were very concerned that we might not go for an offer". At that point I tried to just explain the situation again, but she just told me: "It's not my decision, it's the owners who decided that". But my question remains: Why do the owners know? You just told them you had concerns about us, so they just believed you! That's why. Anyway, this is how they treat (foreign?) customers that are willing to offer a fair price for a lamentable service. I will just conclude this essay with the same words I received from the fabulous lady: "Allright love, take care alright? See youuu :*"

Fantastic experience: What a service?! I don’t know if I would have got through the minefield of buying my first home without the staff at Peter Alan Morriston. Sophie and Tiegan have been wonderful with house viewings, getting answers to my questions (there were a lot. Sorry) and they never made me feel like a question was a silly question and negotiating my offers. Mortgage advice and support for Paul as been something else. He has taken the time to explain everything to me. He has gone through all the different products and really find what is best for me. He’s not once made me feel like appointments are rush. I feel fully informed regarding the processes, service and products. A very personal and professional service. I have felt very supported by all staff from the first phone call to today. We still have a little way to go before things are finished and I have the keys but if the service to date is anything to go by I am in very safe hands. A massive thank you to all at Peter Alan Morriston.
