Negative experience: Very unhappy with the service provided, after 5 weeks on the market and only 1 (failed) viewing they had arranged, I found my own buyer, arranged the house viewing myself and negotiated the sale price. Calow Evans refused to reduce the price we had to pay “as they have large overheads” - so essentially i paid them just short of £3000 for them to arrange 1 (failed) viewing and to advertise my house on line for 5 weeks - that works out at an extremely impressive hourly rate in my opinion!
