Fantastic experience: From start to finish Rob and Janine have been great. They have kept us updated throughout the process of selling our late grandmothers property. It hasn't been without problems with chains breaking down etc , but this problem highlighted how efficient they are in all dealings with seller and purchaser . Our viewings were conducted by Daf who was so professional as were all staff at Smiths, Janine took over then as she handles it all ,once it was sold subject to contract , She has kept us in the loop all along . Fantastic experience: Deciding upon Smiths was clearly the right move for us. We'd had been seriously underwhelmed by our previous agents, and both Tom and Janine raised the game to a different level with Smiths. Tom, took the time and patience to get to know the house and the location, this was impressive. That level of detail is is needed for any property to be properly packaged to a viewer as to the real benefits of potentially living there. The onboarding process was simple and straight forward and each time a viewer requested a viewing we were kept informed as to time and dates and then feedback was provided within a few hours of the visit. When viewings dropped off after the initial few weeks with no offers an adult conversation was had about our price expectations and we agreed to drop to a new price level that Tom felt would get the viewers in again. He was right. Three weeks later and we were receiving multiple offers. That's when Janine's skillset kicked in. Dubbed my "Hero Angel" ; this lady chased this process through for the seemingly endless months it took to get it across the line with many issues, delays and much frustration. Honestly had Janine not been pushing along the whole line of 6 buyers in the chain I think we would still be there now. Ultimately its the Solicitors that control the final flow and I learned a lot from this process myself ,but without her constant chase and update nothing would have moved. No problems recommending the team at Smiths. They made it happen for us. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Best estate agents in Swansea. We were in a long chain and without Daf Spear and Janine Theunissen there is no way that the purchase and sale would have gone through. They both kept us up to date throughout and chased solicitors and other agents on a daily basis on our behalf to make sure that the process kept moving. We needed to get our house on the market quickly and they managed to get our house professionally photographed; amazing video produced; and on the market in 5 days. Throughout the process of finding suitable tenants, to managing the tenancy they were a pleasure to deal with and incredibly professional. Based on this, I contacted them again, just recently, to value the same property, as I have decided to sell. I was impressed to find that when I contacted Smith’s the woman who answered my call remembered me and was also complimentary about my house. Tom Edmunds arrived to value my house, discuss my needs and help me understand the current property market. He listened carefully to my concerns and took these into consideration.
