Negative experience: A complete mess, I’ve been talking to Kelly and Kate about the return of my deposit for days and they’ve been confirming it will be returned on Friday. No money on Friday and it relied upon me to highlight to the agency that they sent my deposit of more than £1000 to a random person.

Negative experience: A joke- wouldn't recommend to anyone. Stayed in the ground floor flat in Ferrara Square for barely 6 months. The flat was disgusting, full of fungi and damp, dirty and full of precious tenant's stuff and landlords garbage-basically his storage unit or something. There's always someone walking past and no privacy at all. The house is neglected and it's right next to a bin ( rats and always a mess!)The agents are incredibly unprofessional and incompetent of proving any kind of service. If you happened to already be with them I would really recommend you take as many pictures and as write a really detailed inventory or they will scam you where they can. Otherwise just go to another agency where they will actually be able to provide decent service for your money. Update: I would really recommend looking for flats with Peter Alan. More competent and definitely more professional.
