Negative experience: Possibly the worst estate agents I've ever liaised with. Completely unprofessional, not turning up to meetings for viewing they have organised and haven't notified either the won't turn up. Then turning up for viewings that as a tenant we have clearly left in writing are not suitable, and estates on plain and simple emails. They don't manage many properties, which is fair enough, but even when landlords are clearly in breach of contract, treat tenants poorly and aren't keeping up their duties, 0 repercussions, they don't get involved or sanctioned, but still happy to promote their business and property. Any other estate agent I've worked with before in situations like this has done at least some due diligence. Not them though in our experience. Some of the staff members in the Southampton office use pretty predatory salesy pressure tactics, give incorrect information, etc. The only person who is actually decent in there is Tristan, so if you have to go with these guys see if you can at least work with him. To be fair every time I've needed to speak with him he has actually helped, but no one else. If it wasn't for him this would be a 0 star review if that were possible.

Negative experience: They break the law and discriminate against people who are disabled or in receipt of benefits, and when notified that this is a breach of equality law, they double down. Pathetic behaviour really, claims he is the owner of the company and there's no superiors above him, but can't apparently change his own policy?

Negative experience: The initial review was amended due to the fact that this company unnecessarily took my money. Despite my efforts to introduce a tenant to my property and my request for an early vacation from the property, instead of facilitating the introduction, they charged me almost $600 for advertising. Furthermore, even though the property was already clean, they deducted $120 for third-party cleaning services. It is truly disappointing how they took advantage of our funds, especially considering I paid almost $17,000 upfront to rent the property. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Really good support from century 21. Due to leasehold implications, the transaction was complex but Jay Guha was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

Negative experience: Dispite a phone call to remind them, they never appeared for my viewing. Their office is less than a mile away from the property I wanted to view! At first contact they seem slick and efficient but this is because they use a call centre in Scotland. The people in the Southampton office are just rubbish.

So it would be nice before dealing with the renting property, beforehand it’s nice to know the condition of the property so that tenant won’t face any problem during their tenancy. The landlord ( Max) blamed us for damp conditions because we didn’t have our heating on 24/7 and he is very racist as well, Please do not rent from this place as You will be living with rats maggots and flies.
