Fantastic experience: We have just sold a house through Diamond Mills and I was very pleased with the service. They were proactive in speaking with the solicitors throughout the process to make sure things were on track and moving steadily. As the client, I would say overall it made selling the house a much smoother process.

Positive experience: Overall, I give them only 3 stars out of 5. At first, everything seemed great, but in the end it looked like they cared more about completing the transaction than about the customer. At the end, just a handshake and that's it. Looking at social media posts, other estate agencies leave a new home card or basket with some goodies for homeowners. The letting agency in Felixstowe even gives new tenants gifts and a card, not this one. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service.

Fantastic experience: A year or so ago we purchased a beach hut through Diamond Mills. It went through very smoothly and the family spent a happy time visiting Felixstowe. Circumstances changed so we took the decision to sell the beach hut through Diamond Mills again. Alan found a buyer very quickly. You might think this was not unusual but in fact we changed our mind; then changed again and finally decided not to sell. Throughout the whole affair Alan and other staff at Diamond Mills have been totally understanding, supportive and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Negative experience: Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I contacted five individual agents, the general email, and left multiple voice messages over the weekend, with no response. Despite all efforts, I missed out on a property I was genuinely interested in. Poor follow-up and coordination led to a frustrating experience.

Charlie Papworth from Diamond Mills in Felixstowe was the only one to reply.
