They have been very professional, regularly check the property and deal with any issues on our behalf. They have now rented the property 3 times for us without the property being vacant for any period in between. Highly recommended, definitely the best letting agent we have dealt with.

Negative experience: We lived in a Keystone-managed property for 3 years. From day one, the house was plagued with damp and mould. (Photos attached) Despite countless complaints, Keystone fobbed us off with excuses—blaming us for not opening windows or running the heating—claims that were completely untrue. Even their own contractor confirmed the plasterboard needed removing and treating to fix the insulation problem, yet nothing meaningful was done. During this time, both my daughter’s and my own asthma worsened. The landlord even “loaned” us a dehumidifier that had to run for 12 hours a day - every day. Rent still increased multiple times. When they finally offered to carry out repairs, they expected us to remain living in the property throughout, with no rent reduction or alternative accommodation offered—obviously not an option. Communication was inconsistent: Mark was reasonable, but Jonathan was something else entirely—rude, unprofessional, and openly insulting. He eve verbally abused me in front of my partner, and made a comment on a personal photo of my partner being " catfish " implying its not what she looks like in person. This was enough to make us avoid buying any property marketed by Keystone, no matter how much we liked it. When we left, the property was spotless (photos attached), yet Jonathan tried to charge us £500 for “carpet cleaning and cobweb removal.” The pettiness would be laughable if it wasn’t so insulting. When confronted in person, Jonathan even said—and I quote—“We didn’t have to let you have the keys back to clean.” This, despite an agreement already in place to return the keys two weeks early so we could sort any issues and avoid penalties. We treated the property like our own, kept it immaculate, never missed a payment, and in return got poor maintenance, worsening health conditions, unjustifiable rent hikes, and an estate agent who seemed to specialise in disrespect. After yet more cleaning, which we felt was unreasonable we did eventually have our full deposit returned to us. If you value your health, your money, or basic decency—steer well clear. AVOID!!!

Fantastic experience: It all started with an online valuation, next thing Jonathan going through the selling process with us. He was so helpful and gave us so much valuable advice, was very honest with the valuation and what to expect as a sale price. We sold super fast and happened to also find our new home via Keystone. I can highly recommend Jonathan, Sally and the rest of the team at Keystone for selling your home. Some agents with entice you with an overpriced valuation with a very low fee, but for one second I don't think you'd get the service that you get with Keystone. If we ever move again Keystone are the agent we'll use.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start!? Keystone have been utterly amazing from start to finish with the selling of our property. From the moment we first met Jonathan we knew straight away these were the best people for us. A brilliant sales pitch and fantastic photos of our house, the drone was an extra special touch I had not seen before. This was just the start of a brilliant relationship with the team. Weekly telephone chats talking about Rightmove statistics and giving any tips where possible to help us sell our house. Behold, a few weeks later we got our first offer.. and that was it. SOLD! We sold in October 2024 and started the lengthy process of purchasing our next property. And boy was it a lengthy process, lots of stress and tears throughout the whole legal process but Sally was there to listen to my worries and concerns and contact solicitors on our behalf as and when needed. I don’t think I would have gotten that kind of support from any other estate agency company. Fast forward to March 2025 and we are now in our new home, our forever home. We couldn’t have done this without Keystone. My little supporting rock throughout a very stressful experience. If I could give more than five stars you know I would.. Negative experience: Very rarely post reviews. Feel like I have to vent. Keystone seemed very impressive on first impression and I was going to use them until I got a recommendation from a friend for another agent. Was still impressed by Keystone until I received upwards of 10 calls in 2 months chasing for updates and shit-talking my agent choice. It was borderline harassment. I understand that it's highly competitive going up against other estate agents when you all provide the same service, but this has caused me to block the phone number and completely put me off going back to Keystone for future sales. Edit: upon reading the response to this review, I'm sad to hear the blame has been shifted to me. I'm uploading my call logs showing the amount of calls. I will correct myself that I miscounted. It was 8 calls and 1 outbound call where I told your representative "I will contact you if I wish to progress further". As you can see, after that call, I received 3 more calls, leaving voicemails chasing me to call back.

Negative experience: We had Johnatan at the first meeting. He promised as follow: Professional photos Tailored assistance Special use of social media Point of contact including whatsapp. He spent 45 minutes explaining how their service is over the others. One of the most memorabile phrases He said was " other agencies put your property on righmove and zoopla and wait for a call. We do way more". Remember this. As it was the first week of December, we agreed to sign immediately the contract and cancel the appointment with other agencies. A reduce price of the house would have helped with a quick sale. We signed and the day after pictures taken and property on the market. We were not really happy with the pictures, but we wanted to see how is going. The week after we had 2 booking. One was cancelled the other gave a feedback on the pictures making look the rooms smaller than they really are. In the meanwhile they invited me to follow their socials, which I did. The detail here is that I saw advertisement of properties from other agencies (that I don't follow) and not by them (that I follow) they had 0 to 3 likes on their posts. Is this the special use of socials? We decided to go multiagency and from there, the attitude of Johnatan changed. He said that there are only rightmove and zoopla, so our visibilità would have been the same with only them or more agencies ( now refer to the phrase mentioned before). More than that, apparently, the only reason to stay with them was only the sole agency contract and not their good service. After that we had a mail exchange where I said thet to stay with them, i wanted better pictures ( i save their as a proof of the bad job done) the billboard should be on the street and not in my garden (not visibile unless you don't come to my property) and a less minimalisti description. He refused stating the house looks as it looks. Unfortunately a view from street view is still way better than his front picture and pictures taken from me on my garden were better than the sadness showed in his. He did not want to move the billboard and said that that's the service they offer. At the end I had to pay 240£ (requested Initially 560) to get rid of them. Now we are with connells with took great pictures and makes us feel represented at our best. I take part of the blame. If I made a research before signing i would have never got him in in principle. In answer to their answer. Asking to take better pictures (as the new agent did) is not unrealistic. Your pictures are worst than amateur If you can't control the interest on your social, don not describe it as a special use during your presentation. Other agencies do it properly. You no We agreed to split after you refused to take better pictures and to put the sign where needed to be. 240£ is not a small fee for the waste of fime tou created. And came only after menacing to put the mail as a proof of non service trough a court. Before it was 560 and you did not want to justify the cost. You have been simply a waste of time and money for us. Johnatan is a shame

It was a tricky purchase slowed by a very long probate and our solicitors being taken over by another firm which meant certain repetition of stages we had completed. Sally Gara was the most professional and empathic person involved in ameliorating tricky situation.Sally genuinely cared and looked after us despite the fact we were not paying for her services. Sally was the communicator and facilitator that kept the solicitors on track to get the process concluded. She was always available to talk to about what was actually happening and was prepared to ask questions of both parties solicitors and vendor. She showed such compassion to myself and my 92 year old mother I cannot fault her.

Negative experience: READ ALL... So far so good, smooth letting experience. Hoping for a good full tenancy experience. *The above was my experience when letting, however, the journey with this agent has been tough. Of course, people will be nice when they want to make sales but when real issues arise, they bolt! When I went to view the house, I was never told that the hot water pressure was low and I have to put up with whatever I find in the house. However, since over 2 years (27 months), I have NEVER had a proper shower in the house i rented, neither has my kitchen hot water come through as it should. I contacted the agent with the issue but the major feedback I am getting now is that THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. They have advertised a house under false pretence whereas things are not working the way they should. I would not recommend an agent that won't look out for their tenant. If the issue is resolved, I will update this review accordingly.

Negative experience: The colleagues within itself at the company are very informative and helpful. But don’t state rules on refunded deposits very clearly. I’m very upset with the way things have turned out with Keystones due to my partner and I wanting to rent/buy our first home together and read so many good reviews- we saw the negative ones and decided to dismiss that and make an assumption of our own. We are very upset and disappointed with this. We don’t have hundreds and hundreds of pounds to throw out the window at the moment and feel as if we’ve been taken for granted as we are “vulnerable” in this situation due to being young and first time buyers/letters. This has been a very stressful situation for both myself and my partner and has made us worry now about putting down future holding deposits.

Negative experience: STAY CLEAR OF KEYSTONES AT ALL COST , Jonathan is not only the most arrogant man but also bully & only interested in one thing which is money money money , not bothered about the STATE of the property’s he rents out for extortionate prices .. then continues with numerous threats of eviction the whole few years I rented from him in the end of I left and as I was in the process of moving my stuff out arrived at the door one day to find a note on door they had changed the locks whilst I was removing my things. .. ANYTHING they can do to make your life complicated they will , then continued to kick of our members of the block of flats we lived in .overall I would NEVER RECCOMMEND this disgusting man to anyone . If I could give no stars I would , good luck with that cleaning though :))))

Fantastic experience: I’m unable to fault Keystones performance throughout the ordeal that moving home transpired to be. Communication was effective, regular, always on point and simply honest. My scenario was a purchase through Keystones and their professionalism out shone my agency to the point of near embarrassment.
