Negative experience: My experience with Abbotts was terrible. The property had serious mould, and despite calling Chelsea & Yuliia and emailing repeatedly, nothing was done. Communication was ignored, and my deposit return request was also ignored. I’ve now had to open a MyDeposits dispute, which is still unresolved. Based on my experience: Unprofessional. Incompetent, Devious and Untrustworthy. AVOID!

Negative experience: I contacted Abbots last year to inquire about their services though chose not to pursue them. Since then I have been repeatedly contacted month-to-month asking if I am interested in selling with them, or arranging a mortgage. Each time I have informed them that I am no longer selling my property and requested that they cease contacting me. The calls have continued ceaselessly. Take a hint—I'm just not that into you!

Negative experience: Poor communication. Failed to disclose that my buyers, buyer, pulled out for 3 days and ignored my calls when I was trying to find out why we weren't progressing. They only called back after my buyer had resold his so they could give me 'good news'. Avoid

Negative experience: Selling my house with another agency. Today get a call from Abbotts, asking me "how it's going." I enquire if I'm with them, and they admit that they know that I am not. They give the name of the agency I am with. I then ask them not to call again. The salesman ignores this and is still talking as I end the call. Yuk.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this agency specially Holly and Reec. I had a viewing which was arrange by Holly and I drove 2hrs journey to view a apartment when we reached Holly had no keys for the apartment and made us to come to view in 1hr time and she promised she will show us in 1hr time however after a long wait she was unable to show us the apartment and promised us that in the following week she will do the video tour and send it over, guess what she came with a reply stating the apartment is no more available however she promised us a new property and advised us that since she will be going on holiday in next week Reec work colleague will assist us with further details on it and still Reec disappointed us full week giving different excuses. Very bad experience with this agency.
