Fantastic experience: I sold my first house through Fenn Wright. I genuinely thought that this would end up being an exhausting process of many viewings etc etc but I actually had very few viewings before my house had sold. That's not to say that it was listed too low though because another estate agent wanted to list mine for less than it sold for! It was pleasant dealing with the various members of the team that I dealt with all the way from valuing my property right up to the completion of sale. Every member of staff was incredibly pleasant to deal with at each stage and I must also hand a thanks to Josh for recommending Hayward Moon solicitors to me as that made the entire process smooth for us. I believe throughout this whole process I must also thank Sean, Kyle and Debbie for their work with my property. Thanks again

Negative experience: I would suggest you choose another estate agent. We were hugely disappointed with the service we received. From the beginning of taking the photos of our house right the way through to lack of information communication support up to the time of our completion. Too many mistakes made to mention but one star says it all. At no time did they earn their commission in any shape or form

Fantastic experience: Alfie’s excellent photography made our home stand out in a highly competitive space. As a result of his professionalism and great communication skills, our property was sold in an instant to the very first viewer!

Negative experience: Suggest you go elsewhere! I popped in with some very specific requirements. I asked for details of any houses to buy with stair lifts or where stair lifts could be fitted. I specifically said this was instead of ground floor flats/ bungalows. The manager actually complained that I was giving comprehensive information to what he said was “a junior member of staff”. I was then given details for a ground floor flat… the exact opposite of what I asked.

Fantastic experience: Very caring, understanding and supportive company. It is nice to work with a company where it does not feel money driven. Each member of the team have been their with me through every step (Thanks Debbie) Throughout our purchase we have felt guided and prepped by the team. If I am ever in a position to sell or buy again Fenn Wright would be a first thought. Again many thanks for making our Christmas wishes come true.

Positive experience: Fenn Wright were the agents on our recent house purchase. I was overall really impressed with the sales team (Josh and Kyle specifically) who were really friendly and worked with us to agree a price. Unfortunately the person who was assigned to progress our sale was quite condescending to me, would often ring me and act as if we were holding the transaction up (we completed in 3 months to the day!), would ignore emails or not read them properly and generally seemed to make out like we were being difficult and/or I didn’t know what I was talking about (questioning our deposit etc). We were sprung a completion date with 2 weeks notice and couldn’t complete that day as we were out of the country. I offered a date 2 weeks later which was ignored and I then got an email the next week saying ‘I hope we’re on track for *initial suggested date*’ which my solicitor ended up replying to in order to repeat what I’d said. I was then called and told they were stressed as they were ‘trying to organise a chain’ but our chain was only 3 parties with us being FTBs and the people selling to our sellers having left the country. They also said they were unaware that we needed to give notice on our rented house and needed time to do so but I had passed this along when we initially viewed the house. I must admit I felt like a pain and like I was causing a problem/delay when we caused no issues and were waiting for enquiries back from the seller’s solicitors. I replied to all correspondence the same day as we were obviously keen to move too. They also sent me an email which contained the seller’s new address which I’m not sure they should have done. When we moved in we were only given one key and the seller’s said they ‘weren’t told’ they’d need to give us other keys which I feel like the agents should have made clear. It did put a dampener on an otherwise smooth and happy process unfortunately.

We were in a short chain and Ryan and the team follow up post sale up and down the chain to ensure a speedy completion. They were also very competetive on price.

Negative experience: No hot water or heating for over a week. Reported a window security issue, still heard nothing 8 days later despite me chasing it. Took the guy handling it 4 days to realise our boiler was under warranty so they couldn't do anything and will be ten days without when anyone finally can fix it. And that's assuming Fennwright got it right and sent them the correct information for them to fix otherwise could be waiting even longer. Can't do washing, costing us a fortune using a little heater and boiling kettles to bathe and wash up. Absolutely shocking. They've been poor in the past but this is ridiculous and illegal. Disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I recently used Fenn Wright to sell my late father's house. I'm based 180 miles from Ipswich so it was a slight worry not being on hand during the process, but it all went quickly and smoothly and Ryan answered all my questions in a professional and reassuring manner! They also recommended a good firm of solicitors (Attwell's) for the conveyancing, for which I was very thankful!

Fantastic experience: We have been renting with fenn wright for 4 years next month and have not had the best experience, getting job in the house done and chase the landlord, but last thursday 2nd march 2023 our boiler was serviced and was condemned unsafe, we was not looking forward to getting this sorted , but Mel Rowlands in ipswich branch ​ contacted my husband and with in hours of finding out about the boiler and had started getting quotes the landlord wanted to send his own person in to sort but Mel chased this the whole time since Thursday and has been on it the whole time , we feel that Mel Rowlands is the best person we have had contact with at fenn wright and we have had contact with alot of the people Working there , but mel has been the most helpful person so far and even tho we still have to wait a whole week till we get a new boiler , if they was not for Mel Rowlands we could of been waitting longer , we would like to thank you for this and hopefully with you now knowing the situation with the house maybe we will get all our repairs done that we have been waitting for the landlord to do for the last 3 years and a half.

If you call won't answer or refuses several calls Pop in 3 times, he/she is not in... The front desk person got my info twice and I didn't receive any call. What a service guys...

Especially as a first time buyer it was really stressful process but Shannon was really helpful and made me feel informed about everything step by step. She was amazing at her job! We had viewed a couple of different properties through them before deciding on our current property. I found all of the consultants were very informative and friendly(especially Sean!). Only we found Chris was not so informative during the view the property which we bought. He was something like in a rush, so we had to finish the viewing very shortly. Negative experience: Commercial department is disaster. They don't reply back to emails or phone calls. They either only let certain buyers buy the properties or they don't like our name!!! Don't you guys think if more buyers involved u may sell the properties better price? Why so many times emailing and phoning but nothing back. Do i have to call my self certain name to get reply from u ??? Not fair for buyer and sellers Definitely not recommend for selling commercial properties because they are choosing buyers and not letting anyone else come near it ( money in the bank ready to pay asking price even more .. 3 times experiencing same unprofessional treatment)

It was a very busy time for them but we were very happy with the service they provided, especially towards the end whilst we were dealing with issues relating to our purchase. Our agent, Callum was professional, understanding and supportive and the progress chaser, Annie was fantastic, especially during the last few weeks at being the link between parties, chasing, offering advice and support and just listening when we hit a few bumps in the road (all relating to our purchase and not our sale through them). For us, Fenn Wright being regional was a great fit for us, the professionalism and set up of some of the nationals with the area knowledge of the locals. We would recommend them and use them again.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Fenn Wright as I had never sold a property before Callum came to my property and explained every detail of the process from start all the way until completion, he was extremely polite and professional - he filled me with confidence that the house was in good hands. Once the house went on the market Fenn Wright called me whenever someone wanted to view and arranged viewings with no fuss or hassle. The gentleman (I forget his name) always came well ahead of viewings so that he could prepare, the viewings happened during COVID-19, he ensured that he always wore a facemask and gloves, whilst minimising contact with anything within the house - he also ensured that people viewing the property also abided by these rules. Within a matter of weeks we had accepted an offer on our property - this was excellent and clearly demonstrated the professionalism and demand from their large client base. Throughout the "solicitor" process of the house sale, Shannon, was unbelievably helpful in resolving any issues that we had and did everything in her power to ensure that the house when from being sold to complete - My family and I are in our new property with little to no fuss! Overall the experience with Fenn Wright was 10 stars, I can only give 5 but if I could give 10 I would! For anyone who's looking to sell their house or are looking to buy a property I would highly recommend Fenn Wright for their professionalism, kindness, willingness, punctuality and more positive traits!

Our purchase drag on a long time thanks to useless solicitors and Jason always rang to chase up and keep us informed as to what was going on. He even dropped off post for us. I did not think Estate agents did a lot before I went through this sale, but they were instrumental in getting the sale over the line. I was going to go with an "online" agent with an upfront payment as it was cheaper - but I am relieved that I didn't now as I am sure I would not have got the level of service and perseverance received I from Fenn Wright.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with fenn Wright. Callum in particular was helpful and knowledgeable. It was especially important that fenn Wright took over all viewings and even did the final meter readings as we were selling my late father's property and I just didn't want to be at the property any more. I can't thank them enough for the extra support that they gave.

Negative experience: I am a client with current contract, very dissatisfied. I have a problem with the apartment, we have not had water in the shower for over a month. Christmas Eve the problem got worse, we ran out of water in the toilets, the bathroom sink, the shower, we have no bath water, we have no water for washing. We spent Christmas in this situation. We have water only in the kitchen sink, cold water, we have no hot water. Here lives a family of four, two adults and two small children. We are showering at the neighbors house a few days a week. The real estate company does not give us a date for the problem to be resolved. We said the landlord will be the one to solve, but his plumber is on vacation. Outraged, angry at this depressing situation we are going through, me, husband and children.

All the agents are kind and friendly, but we have been particularly grateful to Callum Jacobs, and his assistant Shannon, for their persistence in what has been a long and difficult move. Negative experience: After two weeks of waiting and several absurd demands on documents they declined my uk tenant because I had no proof of my wife's income, she sometimes works cleaning houses and gets cash in hand, they knew that only me being responsible for payments of rent and bills because my annual income is more than 30 times the monthly rent of the property. be careful, they will always ask for impossible documents and references to get your money!
