Fantastic experience: Overall, bearing in mind the current difficult market and frustrating selling process for vendors, Lucy at Palmer & Partners was always positive and professional and readily available to answer my sometimes less than happy messages about viewers and their less than helpful feedback. Fantastic experience: We worked with Palmers and Partners to purchase a house they were marketing in East Suffolk. Our main contacts were Lucy and Claire. The chain although short was complex and with plenty of challenges over a 6 month process. Throughout that period both Lucy and Claire were quick and clear with their communications, professional and balanced, which is no small task given the sometimes conflicting priorities within the chain. I have no doubt that they had to work very hard to keep the deal together at times and am extremely grateful for their hard work.
