Fantastic experience: After a couple of months without much success, we decided to move to Vanessa. We’d first been working with the agent selling the house we wanted, but had always planned to turn to Vanessa if that didn’t work out. It was the best decision we could have made. Vanessa and her team are personable, experienced and approachable. They never give you an unnecessary hard sell, but they’re excellent at helping people see a home’s potential. When things became stressful, Vanessa and the team were calm, thorough and supportive. They handled the negotiations and all the to-ing and fro-ing brilliantly, kept us calm, and communicated between us and both our buyer and our seller. Negative experience: The agent was responsive and communicated with us quickly, but unfortunately the process was very disappointing. We were told our offer was accepted, submitted all required documents including mortgage approval within the requested timeframe, and then learned the property had been sold to someone else. This felt misleading and wasted our time.

Positive experience: We were treated with utmost courtesy at all times. They were very helpful when problems arose, eg when we were abroad and received an adverse survey report which needed action before our return. The admin is a little shaky sometimes but their willingness to help with our purchase far outweighed that.
