My experience is based on the difficult sale of a distressed house as an administrator of the estate of my late brother. Several staff gave assistance during the protracted sale. However Shaun took control of the sale and there can be no doubt that his professional involvement, ,enthusiastic "can-do" attitude, experience and all round knowledge has been responsible for bringing the difficult vendors to the table. He kept me advised at all times of progress and also regrettably lack of progress. Fantastic experience: Frosts have been excellent from the start! I initially chose another estate agent based on a cheaper price but regretted it instantly. Frosts kept in touch and eventually i moved across. True to their word not only did they get my property sold for the asking price but also found me a fantastic property to buy! All of the team have been outstanding throughout, kept me in the loop at all times and have been exceedingly supportive. They will be my first choice everytime from now on and i couldnt recommend them highly enough!

Negative experience: Not at all impressed with the service I received from Frosts. Firstly, they hardly ever gave feedback on how they were getting on with selling the property and even when there was a viewing, they never gave feedback unless I asked for it. I was not the only one to have this problem as someone else I know were using Frosts and they said the same thing. All they seemed to do is continually want to lower the price to get a sale. When finally they managed to get an offer, they seemed to be representing the buyer more than myself and getting me to take a low offer just to get a sale and trying some rather dubious tactics to do so. It was so bad, that we were even negotiating a price by email as they couldn’t be bothered to call me. Maybe they need to watch some programs as to how real estate agents work, million dollars listing they most defiantly are not. I have moved to another estate agent and getting the service you would expect
