Negative experience: Had a valuation done to place property on the market, Charlie attended, he arrived late that was forgiven, after leaving we heard nothing. He went on holiday .10 days later still nothing. Don't waste your time.

Negative experience: Carmelo really messed us around when buying. He literally sold the property to someone else after our offer was accepted. He was then dishonest, as he hadn’t asked for our final offer and stated that the owners had pulled out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Shepherds Cheshunt. We went with a different agency, the process was so smooth and we’re so happy with the service.

The first buyer pulled out and Shepherds had new viewings within days. They communicated about every viewing and as the property was empty, arranged for one of their staff to be available to show the perspective purchaser around the property, which was on many occasions! Fantastic experience: Well where to start from, great team helped me and advised me when ever I needed, normally having used different estate agents there was a strict rule on just seeing the property once where in this case Carmelo and Nathaniel allowed me and my family to view a couple times so we didn’t have doubts about the property we wanted to buy. The Open Day on our house , produced 10 couples , viewing , so we only had to tidy up , for 1 day. There were 3 Good Offers , the following Day , as the House had not been Over-priced , but was selling for what it was worth. Our house sold within days , and communications were good from there, until Moving Out Day. I recommend Shepherds , as they have a Family feel about them .

When they arrived for the second visit some time later, they were again very informative, friendly and most importantly for me honest! So we arranged an open house for the following week. From valuation to completion it has been a wonderfully smooth road, my questions have all been answered clearly and Carmelo kept me updated throughout. Having never sold a property before I felt quite green, but there constant support drove me through the whole process with ease, I highly recommend and could not of been happier when we exchanged 2 days ago.
