Negative experience: Worst agents on the high street. My reasons : - fully managed services you have to deal with Rushbrook , Statons and Accounts separately. - managing agents Rushbrook extremely incompetent. - accounts either there is a problem in the systems or very incompetent people as not a single month rental was credited without errors. - Sales , very unprofessional - don’t have one point of contact . No real feedback and constant follow ups needed for any information. - unresponsive to emails In a nutshell , we as overseas landlords went with the whole services for peace of mind but turned out to be just the complete opposite .
