It’s been a truly wonderful experience working with Ollie and Avocado that was unmatched by all previous agents we tried (and we tried a lot). We had two incredibly unsuccessful years with high street estate agents who made promises they couldn’t keep (didn’t even try) leading to buyers pulling out due to lack of effort from them. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Ollie enough! We encountered Ollie during a recent house move where he was acting for our seller's seller. Despite this, he seemed at many times to be the glue that held an otherwise incredibly shaky chain together. Ollie worked to coordinate all in the chain, very frequently communicating between solicitors to ensure that we and the rest of the chain completed. By far the best service I have come across in any sector, taking a wider view on the whole process to ensure he did the best for his clients, and everyone else involved. I am not confident we would have completed without Ollie, and I will definitely be contacting him in the future if moving again.

Ollie is not your usual estate agent. he is hard working, honest, realistic and above all.......a bloody nice bloke. we were on the market for 6 months with our last agent and all we have to show for it is a bad taste and a contempt for estate agents lol. Ollie had been our agent for less than a week before he had a large amount of interest in our property. we have not yet finished the process of selling our house with Ollie but I can honestly say that he has earned his fees three times over in less than a couple of weeks. all other estate agents are a little.......beige compared to Ollie, his sales approach may seem a little out there after what we have all been used to but trust me.....YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! communication is key when selling your home and Ollie is bang on it, any changes are quickly relaid to you and if you need help he has been on hand. if you want to sell your home using an agent that won't waist your time or money then just give Ollie hawkins at avocado property a call and get on board. Fantastic experience: We met Ollie via Avocado, after arranging a viewing for a property in Thatcham! From the initial contact to picking up the keys, Ollie was fantastic and made our experience of moving home so easy! We really liked Ollie’s casual approach, and felt comfortable asking any questions!
