I’m sorry you felt the property wasn’t as clean as it should have been — it was cleaned professionally in Norwich before your move, but we’ll review this to make sure standards are met. The peeling paint in the bathroom was caused by humidity from previous tenants; the landlord has now approved repainting. While unsightly, it shouldn’t make the bathroom unusable.

I’m pleased to report that following your message on Friday, all the jobs have been raised and sent to the contractors — some, including changing the bathroom light, have already been booked.

Minor scuff marks aren’t being redecorated during your tenancy, and Verity has been in touch about the garage items — these belong to the landlord, though we’ll confirm with the landlady for clarity.

We apologise that our replies have been slower than ideal during a busy period. Your issues are being worked on, and we truly appreciate your patience.
