Fantastic experience: We have had great service from Sam Burton since switching management of our properties to M&B. Sam has always communicated very well and given us good advice on lettings and marketing. The whole management team do an excellent job and it is reassuring to know who you are dealing with and that the company is big enough to have proper systems but not so large that management becomes divided between multiple offices as can be the case with national agents.

Fantastic experience: Great service! Been incredibly impressed with the process from everyone involved. Tia been great from start to finish! Efficient and friendly. Sent an email for 3 properties - received a call within 20 minutes. Set up 3 viewings on the same call all within a couple days. Application form sent out for one of the properties - again kept in the loop throughout. In comparison to other letting agents I attempted to use has been a dream. Kept up to date, multiple calls from other members of staff to keep us in the loop throughout the process! Cant thank Tia and the Minors and Brady team enough! 5* Service!

The whole experience has been seamless. so professional with the systems they have in place. finding the right tenant for my investment property and advising who would be the right candidate because it is ultimately down to you who you would like in your property. All checks where carried out for affordability and it is also worth with them taking out the Landlord Rental Insurance because you never know what might happen, you need that peace of mind in this day an age, They again will arrange for you and would also carry out any claim should you need.
