Negative experience: Avoid this so called estate agents at all cost if you are buying, because a seller is most important and due to the lack of good properties in the area, it’s a sellers’ market so they know buyers are desperate, in short buyer are insignificant and of no importance unless you are getting your mortgage through them and paying £1000 in fees. They are great if your selling property, but terrible if your buying, unlike most estate agents across the UK who actually send estate agent personnel to do a property valuation survey who view the property by visiting the property before putting on the market from the offset, Minors and Brady openly admit they don't do visit and survey the properties physically before they put it on the market, they simply sell a property on a website instead with little admin, that's all left to solicitors and buyers to chase and would cost time and money and also leaves them liable, for them its all about maximum money for minimum effort they send a another company to photograph the property then post these on their website, in addition to this lack of ownership and concern they never check the property before exchange to ensure its clean that includes floors, skirting, cooker, dishwasher and all fitting remain such as light bulbs, heating thermostats with leaks from plumbing, this maximizes their commission and they just simply put it up on their website and Rightmove, money for old rope they don't even have to get out from behind their desks, I wouldn't buy a loaf of bread of Minors and Brady as they have a lack of after sales care unlike most other Estate Agent in the area, the property had a passed survey inspection but the three months before exchange and I moved in I found the property had been abused over that period, the windows had been left open by seller and rain got in, the place was soaking wet, they even took the only thermostat control with them and its took weeks to order and deliver and fit, so the house was freezing until I could get a boiler engineer to install, the cooker and dishwasher were full of mould and the smell was gut-wrenching, bulbs were missing everywhere and large holes left in the walls and one wall was soaking wet. Minors and Brady simply said they are not liable and it’s not their problem and to complain to my solicitors, so I contacted my solicitors who said it would cost thousands to start proceeding and the money would be better spent on fixing things which turned into £15,000 later.... I so wished I had walked away from Minors and Brady

Negative experience: I can't see how you have such good reviews. I think your customers service is frankly disappointing at best. No one gets back to you. Communication is non existent. If I could give no stars I would. Jack started off very well. Then Kyle took over and nothing. I'm sure I'll get a quick response now I've put something on Google reviews. Update as expected I got an email the next day. Too little too late, if someone is unhappy with a service they tell everyone. You have lost me as a client if you're this bad when your trying to sell a property things will only get worse. In a time where a message taken but a moment, there are no excuses. Please remember this for your other clients.
