Negative experience: Went into the store and witnessed the manager Charlotte belittling and bullying the staff and swearing whilst on the phone. Not forgetting how the sales people are ALWAYS CALLING AND BERATING! Then have the audacity to ask for a 5 star review as they get paid for them if you mention their name!!! I knew estate agents are known to be awful but this one is by far the worst. Going to William H Brown!!!

Negative experience: Am absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of staff at Haart. I have my property on the market with another agent. It had only been on the market for just over a week when they rang and wanted me to transfer to them. I told them their behaviour was outrageous and that I definitely would not be doing that. Obviously they haven't got the message as I have just had another call less than a week after the previous call. This behaviour is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Negative experience: Do not give Haart any personal details. They will harass you from many different numbers even after making it clear that you do not want their help, and even show up at your house to try and arrange a valuation. Deeply inappropriate and concerning behaviour, attempting to get more money through bullying and intimidation.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been so pleased with the service from Haart estate agents in Norwich especially Abbie Downton. She has been brilliant in supporting me with my house purchase. She’s always been In regular contact and went above and beyond with customer service when the purchase had almost fell through! She restored my faith that there are really lovely and genuine estate agents to work with.

Negative experience: Never write reviews but I want to write a review so others can avoid our awful experience with Haart & our landlady. The people in lettings at Haart were unprofessional and lacked consistent communication as well as a constant change of staff. We had a leak in our flat for the whole two years of our tenancy which caused the worst black mould I’ve ever seen, and despite our constant complaints they only sorted it in the last month of our tenancy (but not even a proper fix). Also if anyone is looking at a flat at Dalymond Court near Anglia Square, please know that the landlady, who owns most of those flats, was almost as bad and we had to take our deposit return to the tenancy deposit scheme as she was trying to take our deposit + an extra £1000 (even though the reports showed we left the flat better than we found it). Thankfully, the TDS found that we were entitled to our whole deposit back, but nonetheless, she still tried to scaremonger us into giving up our money. Honestly wouldn’t rent or buy with any Haart branch just because of this awful experience.

Positive experience: Arranged a viewing. No delays. Lovely non-pushy staff. The seller was also in attendance. After the viewing, exchanged our views. The only negative was the floor plan wasn't correct, which I mentioned. Hopefully that is easily corrected. Overall, I would use Haart in the future.

Negative experience: I booked a valuation weeks ago with Victoria Reek for this morning at 9am. I drove 2 hours for this appointment, 45 minutes late and I'm still waiting for someone to turn up even after calling the office, twice and no one bothered to call back, guess you don't need my business.

Fantastic experience: Kelis did a great job helping me search for a new home and kept in touch an a regular basis with updates. Although the house fell though, Kelis worked really hard trying to find me another property, knowing exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend her if you're looking to move house.

Negative experience: I recommend avoiding any dealings with this company. Their incompetence cost me a lot of money while they were managing a tenancy for me, and ended up with me receiving a summons because they had been covering up evidence of their own mistakes. They charge fees for routine tasks then perform them amateurishly. Avoid if at all possible.

Negative experience: Seem to actively NOT want to sell houses... just received a call back at 4.15pm on Friday following my request on Monday morning and 3 further phone calls requesting a viewing. Promised a call back each time. I've viewed 15 other properties and bought one in the time it took them to return my call. Baffling lack of interest in doing their jobs - vendors beware!

Fantastic experience: Olivia at haart has been incredibly helpful and friendly to talk to when sourcing me a new tenant for my former home. This is a process which has caused me some concern having an emotional attachment to the property with it being my first solely owned home and having spent several thousands renovating it, She was able to offer advice and practical information to enable me select an appropriate tenant and I received regular telephone updates in the run up to the move in date and the following day.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte called me about a property that was due to come onto the market. It wasn't (I didn't think) in the right location, however she persuaded me to view and I ended up purchasing as an investment. Great estate agency, as without her, the vendor would not have secured the sale to me.

Negative experience: Have been repeatedly calling me for years despite me telling them multiple times that I sold the house they are calling me about over 2 years ago and asking them to remove me from their calling list. I block their numbers and they call and text me from different ones. They have left me a voicemail every single day this week and even over the weekend. The calls only stopped for 2 days over Christmas! Do not give this company your details as they will harass you for years to come. Pretty sure they are breaching GDPR as I have repeatedly asked them to remove my details from their system, if it continues I will be seeking legal advice.

Positive experience: We have recently rented a flat in Norwich through Haart. I found the process quite confusing but Declan really helped, explained everything clearly, was patient and even sorted out some technical issues on my phone so I could complete a form. Positive experience: Haart have been extremely helpful, keeping me informed and up to date. Roxanne Samuels, in particular, was a great person I could go to about any queries and she was happy to explain the process and terminolgy in layman's terms. She reassured me whenever I was worried about something and nothing was too much. Unfortunately the final stage of the process was not so positive. I didn't receive any call from Haart to arrange to collect the keys due to a lack of communication between staff at the office. I didn't collect the keys until a day after completion because nobody in the office seemed to know the keys were there. It also hadn't been made clear to me that the office on Tombland was the only office in Norwich and this was where I would collect the keys. This sadly affected my original review of 5 stars.

Negative experience: Tried to buy a house with them and Charlotte was probably the least helpful estate agent I’ve ever dealt with no help on counter offers or what the vendor might accept, just a straight “your offer has been declined” every time we emailed her. We even offered over the highest bid and it was declined - friends and family were shocked at how unhelpful she was. We were clearly interested in the house and she could have got more money for her vendors, but I guess that would have been too much work? So sellers and buyers beware!

Positive experience: I had no idea how stressful buying a house could be. Thankfully, Charlotte Smith from Haarts was there to help us through it. Despite the issue being with the next in line, she kept on top of it and got the other side to complete on the day we needed. She also helped us get the keys on the completion day, even though we got stuck in traffic. All in all, we're happy now, even though the whole process was quite stressful at the end.

Fantastic experience: George Ward, was by far the most professional, respectful, friendly, courteous estate agent that came to value my house. Nothing was too much trouble for him in that he answered all my questions and explained anything I didn't understand or wanted clarificatiion on in an easy to understand manner.

Negative experience: A ridiculous and disappointing interaction with the agency. I found a rental place I was interested in, called immediately as soon as the ad was posted, they offered a video viewing as there were tenants living, for which I gave them my details for the video link to be sent. This was a day ago. I received no email and no further correspondence. Then, today in the morning, I called 5-6 times, each time being picked up by a different person, noting down my details each time, and they'll ask someone to contact me as the people in Norwich branch might be busy, so calls were being redirected to another office somewhere else, the call which I am still waiting for, for explanation. The same property is now let agreed on Rightmove. I was not even given a fair chance to see the property, that I could put in an offer. I would never want to work with this agency in the future and I will tell all my colleagues and peers to avoid this agency at all cost. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.
