Ross provided a realistic valuation and the team communicated clearly throughout, mainly via WhatsApp which made everything very easy. Although the sale took longer than we had hoped due to issues at the bottom of the chain, none of which were within Hizzy Property’s control, Ross kept us updated and did everything he could to keep the process moving. The house was empty for a period and the team kindly kept an eye on it for us to make sure everything remained in order. We have now both bought and sold a property through Hizzy Property and have had a great experience on both occasions. Highly recommended.

From our first contact with Lee and Ross it was very clear their priority is to provide an above level of customer service and professionalism. The marketing price they suggested was a fair representation of the market conditions which is refreshing when compared to other agents who only wish to massage vendors expectations with prices that are frankly, unrealistic. The property details were superb and a nice touch is the informal video tour giving a taster online to prospective buyers. They arranged several quality viewings and it wasn’t long before a sale was agreed. Quite often, it’s the progression of a sale once agreed that can let an agent down but Ross kept us fully updated with progress and we felt confident that the sale would reach a successful completion, which it did. Negative experience: Unfortunately we had a terrible time with Ross and Lee. The only fortunate part is we randomly met the seller after hizzy kept refusing to introduce both parties, the seller had just as bad a time with hizzy and we go to exchange/complete with hizzy not being in the picture. With different things being told to us as buyers and the seller we got the feeling they only cared about the commission and nothing else, we haven't even heard from them.since before the exchange when they found out we was not talking with the seller. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We have just completed on a sale and purchase with Hizzy and I honestly don’t think 5 stars justifies just how good these guys are. It was a slightly longer process than we had hoped for with various things cropping up during the process, all out of Hizzy’s control I may add but Ross was always there trying to solve these things and move the process forwards always having a positive attitude which helped us immensely. The whole process from the very initial phone call and with Lee coming to value our property to Ross handing us the keys to our new home we felt like we were being looked after by a professional team who were very friendly, honest and we felt like nothing was ever too much for these guys. They regularly kept us updated with progress and offered loads of advise from their broad range of knowledge which again when we were getting down about the whole process really helped us pick up the motivation again. I think the number of reviews for Hizzy just goes to show how good these guys are, although they are a professional team with a wealth of experience and knowledge which is clear from the start they almost feel like they are part of the family throughout the process and I now find it a little strange not seeing Ross’s name pop up on my phone. We appreciate all that team Hizzy have done for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone who is looking to sell their home or purchase one with them. Fantastic experience: Quite frankly, the only Estate Agent I would use! Having been recommended Hizzy the previous time I moved, I had no hesitation in asking for their help again with our recent move. Other agents asked me, why are you using Hizzy when they are not even local to you now? My reply was that I was so impressed with them during my last move, and so disappointed with my interactions with other agents that for me there was no question that they were the best match for what I needed. With Lee at the start of the process giving an open, honest appraisal of what price to market our house, followed by preparation of great photos and details of the house that showed he had listened to what I saw as the selling points. Additional pics using a drone really showed the plot and gave potential buyers all the info they needed. On the other side of the process, the great service provided by Ross, keeping all parties up-to-date, listening with patience at the frustration felt by the process, providing realistic estimates of timescales and helping me keep my feet on the ground and chasing other agents and solicitors for information and progress. Honestly, don't even consider another Estate Agent. Hizzy are the Estate Agent you need.

Fantastic experience: My first time selling a house, and it lived up to the expectation of the most stressful thing you can do, however, Lee and Ross took off so much pressure. They really were there from beginning to the end, knowing when to increase the communication and when it wasn’t required.
