Negative experience: Very bad experience. Our landlord used them to rent the flat out. We had standing order set up and one day we received very rude email from Greenfields, stating "we told you not to pay to this account any more". Thinking it was some kind of scam, I called the agency to check if email was genuine and they said that their bank account had recently changed. They admitted that not all the customers were informed. I was not happy with the tone of email I had received, so asked for email address to write a complaint. No one ever replied to my email or came back with any apology. When I returned the keys at the end of our tenancy, lady in office was chatting to her friend on the phone and did not even stop the conversation. Just said "put them here" and pointed at the desk. Very unprofessional.

Also tend to raise their voice on the guest while speaking over the phone . I do understand that it's not in their hand All they say is. It's not in our hands. Negative experience: PATHETIC! Don’t do what their contracted to do, even where its a legal requirement!!! ‘Forget’ to turn up too appointments. Wishywashey replies when chased for clarity. No-one ever apologises and they’re like this al the time. Total time wasters!

When our washing machine stopped working they were quick to inform the landlord and get it replaced within 2 days. Negative experience: I rang this place last Saturday to book a viewing for today. A lady answered the phone who had loud music blaring in the background and also put me on the speaker phone so it was difficult to hear her, anyway she booked a viewing for me for today at 3.30pm. Following our booking the lady emailed me confirming the time and date of 8th June at 3.30 Pm of the viewing and then also called me back confirming the date and time again because for some reason she got confused. So this afternoon I got to the property around 3.20 pm in sizzling heat, 6 months pregnant on public transport. I waited for a few minutes and then decided to call her. She again answered with blaring music in the background and told me “oh sorry I waited for you at 3 pm at the property and now I’m with another client” I thought to myself how could I have made such a mistake to miss the viewing so whilst she was still on the phone I quickly checked her email that she had sent to me confirming the viewing on my phone which again confirmed the time of 3.30 pm. I told her that you confirmed via email the time of 3.30 but she went on to say “sorry I can’t do it today but I can book for tomorrow” I was too tired and unhappy to arrange anything and just ended the call. Later I got an email from her saying “ We will happily show you tomorrow at 2pm. The agent was already at another viewing and it showed 3.15pm in our diary but the system has been making errors so apologies if that was the case” it absolutely blows my mind how unorganised and chaotic this lady sounded in her emails and on the phone..And also if your system showed 3.15 pm, you couldn’t have waited 5 minutes for me?? I believe the lady’s name is Susan and she needs to understand that first of all people have full time jobs and can’t just reschedule things at the last minute and also please learn to time manage your appointments efficiently. They’ve obviously lost a potential tenant and I’m glad that I won’t have to deal with this estate agent because if this is how it is then imagine how they can be when it comes to dealing with issues related to the house you’re renting from them. Horrible!

Negative experience: Enquired about a property and the lady who answered the phone couldn't get me off the phone quick enough, was told the property is unavailable and said goodbye. No offering to take my details like any other professional estate agents in case something similar becomes available. I do apologise for my enquiry being such an inconvenience.

Negative experience: Lady on the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Not willing to help, simply wanting to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Don’t rate this agent at all, please avoid.

Negative experience: Would give no stars if this was a possibility. Was hoping to let a properly for my brother and my mum with this agency. When viewing the property, the landlord/agent member that showed my brother around the property was asked whether our dog, who normally lives with me at my house, could stay occasionally when I am away (work/holidays etc). This was agreed and we proceeded. All admin fees were paid, references done and tenancy agreement drawn up. Tenancy states that no pets are allowed at the property unless landlord's prior permission (which will not unreasonably be withheld), queried this with the team at Greenfields Property who claimed to know nothing of what had been discussed previously. They pulled the plug on the move and will not refund us the administration fees. Susan was rude, she was disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never received any such emails from anyone previously. I am awaiting to discuss this further with her director as this was not necessary and can have been avoided at the viewing. A simple no to pets would have sufficed at this stage and we would not have pursued. As per their invoice, admin fees will be refunded if the agent or landlord decides to stop - this is the case and we are now out £300! Disgraceful customer service!
