Negative experience: To Lettings (Not sales): My viewing experience of a 2 bedroom house in Ladywood Road was really disappointing. Not only the property was not maintained but it was also dirty. There was rust, mold and even pee in the toilet left there for months. Very unhygienic. The agent named Jodie said: 'this is what you get for such a lower offer' while I've seen other properties with impeccable conditions at the same price. Also she rudely justfied mold in the properties in Hertford. Question for you Jodie: do you live with mold in your house? Truly gutted to have wasted time to see a property in such an unacceptable state.
