Fantastic experience: Max @ Cubitt & West was an absolute professional. His personable skills were second to none. Unfortunately I didn't have deep enough pockets to make the trade work but cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Cubitt and West, Reigate were acting for our vendors. The initial and second viewings were easily arranged and helpfully hosted. We then dealt with Max and Katarina who were both helpful in keeping us informed as the lengthy process unfolded. They both provided us with an effective communication channel with the vendors. Once the exchange and completion were done, they were both helpful in liaising with the vendors about move itself and then about facilitating the handover of keys and documents. Max is currently assisting with obtaining answers to various further questions about the property’s history. Both have been pleasant, polite and professional throughout.

Fantastic experience: Having registered with a number of agencies across West Sussex and East Surrey, I was surprised as to how few have bothered to establish a connection to try and sell a property; preferring instead to send automated emails and relying on Rightmove enquiries. Fantastic experience: Katarina at the Reigate branch was amazing! Cubitt & West were the estate agents for the property we purchased. Katarina not only let us know as soon as the property was coming to the market but throughout the process, kept us up to date. In addition to this, Katarina personally helped us chase the vendor's solicitors when there was a delay on their side. The deal wouldn't have gone through in time without her help.
