Positive experience: The property isn’t suitable for my disabled husband. I phoned to ask if there’s a lift, but the person I spoke to couldn’t tell me. On arriving at the property, Charlotte didn’t know if there was a lift either. We only found out there isn’t because the landlord happened to be there decorating. This is important information that should be made clear on ads so it doesn’t waste your and viewers time.

Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied and feel misled by this company. We received explicit confirmation that our application was prioritized for the property. We were informed of the denial due to my self-employment status. My partner and I have a combined annual income approaching £90,000 and I can provide financial documentation to verify my earnings exceeding £45,000. The rejection, based solely on MY non-traditional employment status, occurred without warning. The company consumed several weeks of our time, only to retract the offer with a prejudiced justification. This conduct is unprofessional, dishonest, and inconsiderate. If the company is unable to process applications from self-employed individuals, it should reconsider its involvement in property rentals.INCLUDING LANLORDS WHO LEAD YOU ON ! I advise caution to others, as the company appears to lack both transparent communication and appreciation for qualified applicants.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of time. Drove over an hour to view a place on a Saturday. Lady said to put an application through. I checked back on the website half hour later and the property said let agreed. Our viewing should have been cancelled if an offer was already accepted instead of allowing us to drive all the way there for an hour and then an hour to get home. Called the office, was geeeted by an incompetent receptionist who advised all sales advisors are out of the office, asked for my number about 10 times and said someone would call me back. 2 days later and no call. Avoid this estate agents at all costs.
