This was not an easy market to sell in but within weeks of putting the house on with Max he had organised a well orchestrated relaunch on Rightmove. Soon I had viewings coming through and before I knew it a very good offer on the table. Fantastic experience: My experience with Harpers, and in particularly Max, has been nothing more than excellent. From start to finish we were advised of exactly what was going on, what is going on behind the scenes and when things were due to happen. Max's attention to detail, communication and professional manner are a rare find in the world of estate agency nowadays. Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Harpers. Despite claiming over 20 years of experience, and being less than a mile from my house, their representative didn't bother to look at my property ahead of a planned appointment - although they said they would. Instead, they relied on an outdated quotation from Zoopla, which was shockingly £250,000 less than the actual value of my property. Even more perplexing, they hand-delivered the letter to me, giving them ample opportunity to see my house firsthand. Shockingly unprofessional and lackadaisical!
