Positive experience: Although it has taken a long time to sell our house, in actual fact we got an offer very early on (it was our buyer that struggled to sell her house through a different agent). Negative experience: Not very happy with Brown and Merry Aylesbury. They got an offer on our flat, then when buyer asked for a discount ,we agreed on condition they would exchange in 2 weeks . They did not and despite chasing the agents, we did not hear anything from them. 2 months later, buyer pulled out, and Brown and Merry never even emailed called or informed us . Just Silence!

Fantastic experience: as a first time buyer, we have dealt with a few mortgage advisers but Beth from Brown and Merry was by far the most reliable. She helped us through a tough ride of finding a mortgage for a non-standard build, and when this fell through, she stuck with us and found us a great deal for a mortgage on another property. She was always on the other side of the line (emails mostly) and on our side at all time. I would personally highly recommend this young lady , she has been a star!!!

Negative experience: Very bad services of letting staff. They’re 1st take full deposit 1500 from us and after 20 days they were said you are not eligible for that renting flate. After 1 month complete i had received my money back. They need check 1st eligibility then take the deposit. I had already giving the one month notice to my landlord but on the timing when we were moving on that flat which they given me that time they are saying sorry you are not eligible for this. That’s not good for us and in future also for everyone. They are just saying sorry but now me and my family are facing the problem.

Negative experience: Tried to book for a viewing to buy a property Very slow response times, outright ignored when I chased. Then when I told them I was no longer available at certain times for viewings as other estate agents got in touch they booked me in for viewings anyway Don't bother phoning the office staff sound lazy and disinterested in helping you (one staff member told me he couldn't be bothered) If you are selling a property and not getting viewings, it's probably as the staff here are alienating potential buyers and not even bothering to book people in for viewings

The property we bought was sold by modern auction so once the offer was accepted, Brown & Merry stepped to one side but they were still easily contactable during the whole process and actually informed me of completion sooner than my own solicitor!
