From the minute I walked in the office in September to enquire about valuing our property, all the way through to collecting our keys for our forever-dream home, faultless service. Chris, Pam and Lucy are very approachable, knowledgable and were very reassuring and realistic with the whole process. We felt really informed as this was the first time we had sold any property and had no idea how the process worked; nothing was too much trouble and we weren't made to feel stupid whatever question we had. Fantastic experience: Watsons handle the majority of properties in our area, their boards are everywhere. This is the main reason we chose them but we quickly found out why everyone uses Watsons! We had a viewing arranged before we hit the market and then received an offer of asking price in just a few days after going live! Fantastic experience: Initially I was a bit reluctant using Watson for the sale of our house (as I didn’t know them previously) but my wife researched them and the reviews and feedbacks came back very positive. Watson made the whole process seamless and effortless. Our house went on the market on a Friday and by Monday of the next week, we had two offers on the house, with viewings yet to be completed. Ellie was dealing with the sale of our house, and the purchase of the new house. She kept us in the loop all through the process. Fantastic experience: In light of our previous (not so good) experiences with different EA over the years, I feel it very important to share a review of our contact with Watson’s. We were a potential purchaser, so had not ‘chose’ Watson’s, but what a wonderful team they are. Where our particular sale did not complete, we are extremely grateful for how Watson’s treated us and our overall experience with them as individuals and a company. We found it very easy to arrange viewings through them - the agents who showed us around the property had a lot of passion for their work. The addition of ‘sales progressors’ staff meant the process was well updated, and there was always someone to answer any questions we had. No one at Watson’s pressured us or made us feel terrible for having to make big decisions, and that was most important. Lucy and the rest of the team at Watson’s were very kind and helpful. My husband and I still speak of the team in such high regard, and I think it is important to share experiences with these services from all angles. Where we had not directly chosen to ‘work with’ Watson’s, our experience of their team in such a short space of time has kept them firmly in our minds should we ever need to chose an agent ourselves in the future. :)

Negative experience: I made an appointment to view a property. Took me 3 attempts of chasing this up before someone gave me an answer. Kept saying they would call back and no one did. Then after making an offer, I called 3 times to make sure that this offer had been received (as I submitted it via the link on the automated text message). The girl kept saying someone from sales would call me back but no one did. I withdrew the offer as I don’t want to deal with this estate agent. Very poor.

Only had brief dealings with them so far but a few things have stood out for me. 1.Great property website photos that are creative but not massively exagerrated. Which is so refreshing and helpful. 2. Very productive property viewing.The gentleman that took me round was respectful, relaxed and informative. No pushy hard sell or distractive chatter but I was told things about the property that were very useful to know. 3. Good Communication. Fantastic experience: To whom it may concern The thought of selling one’s home is a big task at any given time but it’s a massively huge challenge in this computer age for people of my husband and I who were born in the pen and paper era. Also being in a situation where it’s now or never and window of time to sell,buy and move in somewhere new being the narrowest ever but credit to Watson Sales team lead by Francesca who initially came to see us and assured us that what we asked it can be achieved hence started our journey with Watson Estate agents sales team. As most home selling journeys are ours began and went very smoothly at first until someone let our buyers down and with our journey started from almost new beginning and once again as per team’s promise they pulled all stops out and started sales finalisation again and again this time our buyers buyer’s side not responding as quickly as the rest and it started a delaying process that is until everyone in sales team especially the Sales Progressor and our legal personnel were like dogs with bones and eventually managed to exchange contracts and complete as promised and in time scale they promised. The whole of Sales team are absolute stars (in today’s language legends ) . A big thanks to each and everyone of “Our Stars”especially to Lucy Attfield and Naomi( for filling all reams of paperwork). Fantastic experience: Having only a brief yet positive experience with this company I wanted to show my appreciation for Leona Hewitt, who was promt, professional, warm and incredibly helpful.
