We're really pleased we took a look at this property as it's an excellent replacement for our current stalled and failing purchase. We've kept our sale, purchase, mortgage and conveyancing all with Robert Ellis it's turning out to be a very good decision given our two years if woe with other agencies before!! 3 months ago Positive experience: When we decided to put our house on the market we got a valuation from two local estate agents. There was a big difference between the 2. Nathan at Robert Ellis valued our house at what we thought was quite a low price but we decided to sign up with Robert Ellis anyway. We tested the market for a significant period at a higher price and it became clear by the level of interest that the Nathan's valuation was realistic. We were impressed with the photos and video in the sales information. When we dropped the price we started to get more viewings. On a couple of occasions when we called in or phoned Robert Ellis to see how things were going, they had been apparently going to call to arrange a viewing, it made us think when we would have received these calls. At this stage in the process it can feel like you are one of many properties on their books and we did wonder if a 'smaller' agent with a different approach would have arranged more viewings When we finally found a buyer, we were impressed with Beth's negotiating skills in obtaining the best possible sale price. It was helpful that both the properties in the chain were being sold through Robert Ellis which helped in bring the sale to completion.

Everyone I have interacted with has been super friendly and I feel very welcome when I contact them. I attended my first viewing with them today.
