Fantastic experience: I have a small, just below average sized, portfolio of BTL properties which Jack Dickens of Arnold office manages for me. It is a full spectrum service beginning with onboarding of tenants through to their vacating the tenancy and everything in between including advice, management of repairs, handling emergencies, and anything else that crops up quite out of the blue. I am not an experienced landlord but my lack of experience has never been an issue as I have always had first class and pragmatic advice with a thoroughly competent follow up. Phones are always answered when in office or returned as soon as possible, rent remitted within the hour, and emails are answered promptly. Of Holden Copley I have always said, “without an agent, you are on your own.” Jack is exactly that. A reliable and professional agent.

Positive experience: Holden Copley were very good in the recent sale of my mum's house. There valuation was realistic and we had offers within a few weeks. They manage viewings without me being present which was great as I am hours away. I was kept informed through out the process and they even check on my solicitors progress. Only missing 5 stars as at the beginning I had appointment for viewings from several of the sales agents which was confusing. Later just dealing with Josie was fine.

Fantastic experience: Recently sold a property using Holden Copley. Particularly had a great experience with Josie from the sales progression team who was extremely helpful towards the end of the process.

Negative experience: Almost impossible to arrange a viewing; they say they'll call you back to arrange a time but never do. I've even turned up to confirmed viewings where the home owner wasn't expecting us! When you do get a viewing they often turn up late, if they turn up at all. This on top of previous poor experience with Karen from sales progression just makes me want to avoid them at all costs, whether buying or selling I think I'll steer clear.

Negative experience: Was trying to buy a lease property with this company and it took me calling 3 times over weeks to get confirmation on what the lease said regarding pets. Then I tried twice to book a viewing on the place but was ghosted. Apparently there had been barely any viewings on the flat I was interested in, but now I have to wonder if it's because no one is getting their viewing requests answered! Meanwhile the seller probably thinks no one is interested... Maybe don't sell your property with this agent.

Fantastic experience: As a tenant I usually find estate agents to be very bad/uninterested in their job. But not Holden Copley! I rented a flat directly from them and they were a dream to deal with, especially Lexy. I was in a newly renovated flat that unfortunately had a few issues with, but they were always handled immediately and professionally and was never made to feel like I was inconveniencing them at all (like the estate agent i have now) The flat ended up being a big small for my needs so had to move. I wish Holden Copley were managing my new place, they are the absolute best by a mile

Fantastic experience: We began our search for our first home middle of February. We stumbled across our now home beginning of March.
