Fantastic experience: I have been working with Hattie at Bridges has been excellent throughout my property search. I have quite specific requirements and am particular about finding the right place. Although I have not found it yet, Hattie has remained proactive, regularly contacting me about properties across different locations that genuinely match what I am looking for. What stands out is that she does not simply send over every new listing. She listens, remembers my requirements and keeps me in mind when something suitable becomes available. Her communication is consistent, friendly and never pushy, and her personality makes the whole process much easier. It is rare to find an estate agent who provides such attentive and personal service. I would highly recommend Hattie.

Fantastic experience: Oxford dictionary defines "perseverance" as "persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success" Luke from bridges is the human embodiment of this. Despite issues and difficulties Luke remained focused, dedicated and committed to doing what was best for us even at cost of his own personal time. His loyalty, honesty and straight to the point nature was a breath of fresh air for me while navigating the murky waters that is securing a property. The way Luke was able to overcome obstacles that time and time again were being placed down via elements out of his control is superhuman and he is a credit to Bridges and i truly belive he is going to rise through the ranks with ease as his work ethic and customer service is second to none. Even when having to be faced with uncomfortable conversations with myself regarding issues and delays Luke never once did anything but face it with honesty and dignity and would keep me in the loop completely, he awlays had a solution, a 2nd option and then a last back up plan! Moving homes especially out of an area known to an area unknown is daunting to say the least but from the first few moments under Lukes care i felt comfortable and supported, even to the point that during the viewing he was advising and helping me with things that had nothing to do with the property ie wifi, travel routes around the area ect. You rarely find truly good human beings and Luke is one of them, i wish you all the best in the future Luke and if any of his management are reading this you have an asset beyond value within your company!

Negative experience: Would not give even 1 star but forced to give one star. These guys are so pathetic that one can’t imagine. I rented through them for 2 year but when I get any problem or something, they simply told me to contact landlord directly as they are not managing the property. Later the the end of tenancy, they were not telling me who has got my deposit. They alway told me over the phone that landlord has deposit. When I emailed them for official record, then they replied that they have the deposit. Also they kept asking landlord to increase the rent even when he did not wanted to. In addition, at the end of tenancy, they came for the deductions for wall paint which is fair but when I started renting, first 2 days was without electricity and only thing they did back then was to say to contact landlord. When it’s about taking money, they are at front and when it’s about fixing the stuff or information, they simply says to go to landlords. Last but not least, I had emails telling them with landlord ccd in that please put notice period to 1 month which landlord agreed on email but sent me the extension without notice period. I had all email to prove that it was agreed that notice period was 4 weeks but they was so unprofessional tone to say that I signed the contract no matter what emails said. Landlord was good he was fine with notice as he agreed and aware but these bridges guys were just forcing me not to leave. Pathetic pathetic and Parhetic! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS A USER THATS ALL I CAN SAY. LOOK TRUSTPILOT FOR REAL REVIEW AS IT SEEMS THESE REVIEWS HERE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY
