Prospect Estate Agents & Letting Agents Camberley

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience working with Megan Hitchman. She was extremely professional while also being warm and friendly, which made the whole process of renting much easier. She explained everything clearly, guided me through all the details. I truly appreciated her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free rental experience.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you that this agency have been incredible from start to finish. I have been renting and they moved us in. And helped exit. Angela Jennings has guided me through some complex issues that I am incredibly grateful for. She is a book of knowledge. Professional, honest, straight to the point with empathy in about. She understands how stressful moving home can be. What can I say Angela but thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’ll never forget all that you have done for me.

Fantastic experience: This review is primarily about a fine professional at Prospect Estate Agents, Edward Joslin. I can't speak highly enough about Ed. His professionalism and candor shone through from the beginning. He was patient throughout our interactions, extremely courteous and very respectful. He kept in touch when he needed to, but not in an overbearing manner. Ed is a credit to Prospect and the profession. Prospect, you'll do well to keep this talented young man. Ed, thanks for your help with my house hunt!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of dealing with Ed, he was amazing from start to finish in getting myself and my partner a place, he understood the struggles we had and helped every step of the way! I can’t recommend Ed enough! If you do use prospect, try and use Ed!

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with prospect for a year now. I've found them to be extremely professional in every way. I have been dealing with sasha and I have found her extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. I am a retail manager and I know the importance of delivering excellent customer service, something I have not always come across in various organisations and businesses. So I have been very impressed with sasha and her level of customer service. She has dealt with every problem or enquiry I have had with the minimum of fuss. In total I have found sasha and prospect a joy to be be dealing with and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to all my family and friends. Annmarie small

Fantastic experience: I cant praise Edward Joslin enough for his work in finding new Tenants for my Camberley property, at renewal .He listened to my requirements and negotiated the right deal going forward. He also kept me informed throughout. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to any Landlord if they are looking to find an Agent thats proactive , and determined to be successful when marketing your Property.

Fantastic experience: Sasha has amazing communication skills and always finds solutions . A delight to deal with .

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience all round. From start to finish I have been hugely impressed with Elliott and his team. I went to Prospect as they found me other great tenants for my properties. Very competitive on fees, always contactable, even outside of normal hours, always on hand to provide their professional input. I have other rentals and Prospect will be my go to based on my engagement with them. If you are looking for a letting agent, Prospect are a safe pair of hands and will deliver. Well done guys! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Nice and quick agents!

Fantastic experience: Sasha at Prospect has been quick, friendly and helpful in many ways since we have worked with her as a tenant at one of the properties she manages.

Fantastic experience: The team at Prospect Camberley have been absolutely fantastic, with particular shouts out to Chris for how attentive, transparent and helpful he has been, and Elliot, too! To say the Team go above and beyond to help would be an understatement. No question is too small. They always get back to you immediately and are very friendly and professional. Will be recommending them to all as the number 1 Estate Agents in the area!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience all round. From start to finish I have been hugely impressed. Chris Clarke and his team including Elliot really exceeded expectations and went out of their way to really give the best service and they found me a great tenant on the first viewing! I went to them as they also found me other great tenants for my other properties. Very competitive on fees, always contactable, responding out of hours in evenings and weekends. Nothing is too much trouble. I have numerous properties and Prospect will always be the first I will reach out too. If you are looking for a letting agent, Prospect are a safe pair of hands and always deliver. Well done guys! Thank you for everything you do. Gary

Fantastic experience: As a landlord, I have worked with Prospect Estate agents in Camberley for many years and their friendly and professionalism approach always impressed me. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Chris Clarke for his usual solid advice. I highly recommend other landlords to consider using prospect for professional advice. Jaleh Chaplin

Fantastic experience: Can highly recommended this estate agent.anytime I called the office ,or went to see them they where so helpful making the move to our new home so easy

Fantastic experience: Prospect Estate agents was professional and helpful throughout. Made the process of using Goodlord easier, by even assisting to upload pertinent documents on your behalf. Charlotte helped me secure the property that I wanted to move into and the rest of the Prospect team also continued to assist, until everything was complete. Thanks again!

Negative experience: Service is too bad . Reference team of them is too bad and very unprofessional. Taking too long for referencing and their website is very bad . Reluctant to pay back my holding deposit even though they withdrew from the contract.

Positive experience: I came in contact with Charlotte after enquiring about a two bed apartment. She was so helpful and polite. Always provided feedback and was ready to answer the numerous questions I had without any hesitation. By far this is the best client experience I’ve had since I moved to the UK. Kudos Charlotte!! Keep up the good work!!

Fantastic experience: April 2023. We are just moving to a rental cottage whilst our main house receives repairs. Prospect have been excellent in facilitating this ..... especially Charlotte Morgan. Charlotte is a lovely person who povided great attention to detail at every stage of the moving process. Thanks Charlotte and good luck with your career Ian & Lyn

Fantastic experience: Harrison has been fantastic, everything has gone smoothly, Communication is quick and anything we have been unsure about has always been answered

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Dealt with Harrison he was extremely professional and very helpful. Would highly recommend Prospect

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say how helpful Prospect (Sandhurst), made our first renting experience. Raia Bradshaw found us a property which matched our criteria and made the viewing, offer and referencing process seamless! The property market at the moment is pretty tough but with Raia's help we found it very quick and manageable. Thanks again for all your help & hard work.

Fantastic experience: Top notch! Trustworthy and highly professional, while making it all a pleasure. Bought and rented my house with this team and so much to thank them for. Call out to Simon West - work with this guy if you can get him!! He's all you'll need in an agent.

Fantastic experience: The team were very helpful in helping to agree the lease and made the whole move in process really easy and stress free.

Fantastic experience: These Agents are real professionals and at the same time human beings. I bought a property through Prospect in 2016 and was so happy with the service I stayed with them when I eventually moved on to letting the property. There are many other estate agents in the Camberley area but five years later I wouldn’t change my allegiance. These guys really work hard, earn their fee and are also willing to think outside of the box and go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the service is individually tailored to needs. We have built good quality relationships of trust professionalism and flexibility over the years, which I value. I want to offer a special mention to Chris Clarke (supported by Matt Spennewyn) on the lettings team and their boss, Simon West; the lettings manager, in the Farnborough office. What a dynamic and effective team they are. You won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: A member of staff took a holding deposit from myself and my housemate upon our acceptance of a property we viewed with them. Subsequent to this, the agent failed to actually check with the landlord that we were acceptable tenants and therefore the tenancy fell through. 1 whole week later and they still have my holding deposit. The agent we were dealing with failed to refund us on the day that things fell through and we are now 7 days out of pocket and unable to put a deposit on a property elsewhere. Atrocious service, highly unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Very good letting agent. Personable and responsive. Only ever had pleasant and helpful dealings with them. Our property manager Carla Munro was lovely to deal with and made everything easy for us. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been really impressed by the service I have received from Josh and the team at Prospect Camberley. They listened to what I was looking for and arranged viewings on good properties. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Sean, Adam and the team worked especially hard to not only sell our house within a short timeframe but to help us find our forever home. They were also always available to step in and help coordinate the chain during a few difficult issues that arose during the sale/purchase. Highly recommend prospect to any prospective buyers/sellers and would use them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Matt and the rest of the Camberley team have been very proactive in helping us with the sale of our house. They arranged quite a number of viewings from potential buyers in a very short period of time achieving a number of offers, with one being accepted in under 3 weeks from listing the property. Matt appears to have been instrumental in organising viewings, etc, and helped a great deal to support us with information and overviews so we could make an informed decision when considering and accepting offers. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a house to buy for a while now and I must say that Xavier has been amazing in helping us find our home. Job well done

Fantastic experience: Chris in the Camberley office was quick and efficient in finding my new apartment to rent. He found one in a matter of days, and made the process stress free.

Fantastic experience: Sean and his team at the Camberley office all gave me a very professional and personal service, going above and beyond what would normally be expected in what was a difficult transaction. I was kept fully appraised during the whole process with honest feedback provided. Thank you all so much for your hard work, it has been much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: My thanks and appreciation to the Prospect sales team. Preparing a professional property information sheet took no time thanks to your local knowledge. A buyer was found in just over a month which we found impressive. Thanks also for the ongoing support during the tedious legal process to complete the sale.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from all the team at Camberley. Very helpful with professional advice and felt able to contact them at any time which inspired confidence in them.

Fantastic experience: Sean, Matt & Adam all gave a very professional and personal service, individually and as a team. We were kept fully appraised during both our purchase and sale processes, such as viewing feedback which was always very timely and honest. Sean also took the trouble to meet after a few weeks, to give his assessment of the sale progress and just as importantly to hear our feedback, so we could work together on achieving the best possible outcome. Sean and all of his team in Camberley that we've interacted with come highly recommended in all regards.

Fantastic experience: Excellent. Shaun was such a great help, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: We have always found Julie and all the staff at Prospect very professional and responsive to any requests we have made.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team. From start to finish absolutely fantastic staff. Mine is a long story, but thanks to prospect we have a very happy ending. Thank you to Simon for personally bringing me my keys, thank you to Katie for sorting things when I was so stressed, but the biggest thanks has yo go to Chris Clarke. You were amazing. Nothing was ever a problem, you actually kept me sane in a very stressful situation, & 48 hour turn around - we'll done you. Am so so grateful. Here's to a happy year on our new home, thanks to you

Fantastic experience: Prospect in Camberley have been absolutely brilliant I couldn’t thank Ross, Matt and Adam enough! The sale of my home was dealt with very quickly and smoothly from the first viewing to handing over the keys to the wonderfully buyers they found for me. They have been very helpful every step of the way and understood my needs as the customer. They 100% exceeded my expectations, very professional and easy to talk to. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Thank you once again

Fantastic experience: I have just completed on buying a property through Matt at Prospect in Camberley his professionalism, attention to detail and his customer service is outstanding. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and in comparison I found Prospect to be by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. They really took into account my search criteria and didn’t waste my time, I look forward to working with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Sold my home in 2 weeks after i’d been struggling to do so with another agency. Would definitely recommend Matt, Adam and Ross

Fantastic experience: Fantastic smooth experience from prospect in Camberley with the letting of my property. Simon & Chase were very good at keeping me updated both very professional. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Chris in the Lettings department at Camberley managed the whole process from getting viewings to securing tenants and dealing with ongoing queries regarding maintenance etc. He was patient and picked up where others failed, best agent I have dealt with in home moves and renting.

Fantastic experience: I called Prospect and spoke to a great guy called Chris who is so easy to talk to and really listened to my needs and what I was looking for. He got me in to look at a property the same day and knowing my personal circumstances he made sure that I got the property I wanted. I met a lovely lady called Jamie at the flat who was in no rush so I felt I could take my time and although she had never been to the property before she was knowledgeable enough in her field to answer many of my questions. I really felt that both Chris and Jamie had my back all the while being very professional in representing their client. My offer was made the same day and the deal was sealed the following day.....quite frankly the least stressful situation I've ever had to deal with. I can't rate these two individuals enough and I would be more than happy to recommend this company to friends and family.

Negative experience: I highly discourage anyone to deal with this agency. They are not professionals. Not going into details, they cancelled the agreed property with stupid excuse.

Fantastic experience: Having a fair share of dealing with different estate agents. I can highly recommend these guys. Chris was excellent and very efficient at communication. Making the moving process very easy.

Fantastic experience: Looking for my first home to rent was a very nerve racking experience for me. However Prospect Helped me every step of the way. The service has been fantastic, great communication throughout and always personable and friendly. My interactions include Callum@Bracknell branch, he is very friendly, professional and personable. He provided me with lots of information in regards to renting for the first time, he is extremely knowledgeable, honest in his approach and I felt he provided great advice. ChrisClarke@Camberley Sent me some properties to view online and although I didn't think any of those properties would suit. I was asked by Chris why that may be. It was really great that he took the time to know what our requirements were. Consequently Chris was able to show us a great property that ticked the boxes ( Which I would have otherwise not viewed) .With his Help , we found our new place!! Again, he is very friendly, professional and personable. Thank You!! Ryan and I are very excited to move into our new home :)

Fantastic experience: The team at Prospect have been fantastic throughout the process of letting my property. The customer service far exceeded my expectations from day one. The team kept me updated and provided unprompted helpful guidance and advice . The marketing of my property was excellent and Prospect were very proactive in their approach - sourcing suitable tenants very quickly. I highly recommend Prospect

Fantastic experience: Nick was extremely helpful and had a good understanding of what we were looking for.

Fantastic experience: I recently sold my property through Prospect, with Gareth from the Camberley branch taking on sales progression in the later stages towards exchange. I wholeheartedly recommend Prospect - and would go out of my way to use them in the future. Gareth was always incredibly cheerful and kept me fully up to date with the status across the chain, and has been a pleasure to work with, in the notoriously stressful time of house moving. Thanks Gareth for pushing everything forward towards a successful exchange yesterday - you've made me a very happy chap!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service with family qualities to help and establish your needs. Mr. Chris Clarke was so helpful and helped us through each step. Definitely would not have accomplished our goals without Prospect and Chris. 5 stars and an 11 out of 10

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience. The team in Camberley office were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were happy to help and answer questions.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very helpful Gareth is a credit to the company he chased everyone in the chain and kept us updated every day, when we move again in the future we will most definitely be using Prospect again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service...we highly recommend....friendly and efficient

Fantastic experience: Just bought my first house through Nick. The service I received was exceptional and everyone was fantastic throughout the process. I would highly recommend using Prospect estate agency when looking for a place around Camberley!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service throughout the office. I purchased my property through Nick, Andy, Shaun and Phil who were extremely helpful and excellent in giving us what we needed/answering any questions. Successfully let the property through Shannon and Chris, who found me a tenant within days. This is my first investment property and couldn't have gone any smoother. Chuffed to bits, I would highly recommend Prospect in Camberley.

Fantastic experience: Sold my house in Frimley and was very impressed with knowledge and service! Their mortgage broker was very helpful and professional. Would recommend again!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from start to finish. Dealing with the team at the Camberley branch made the painful and stressful process of moving home that much easier. Thanks Phil, Seymone and team!

Fantastic experience: Chris at the camberley office was just brilliant, i felt a right nusicence keep going in as this is my 1st time dealing with estate agents but he was brilliant. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Friendy and efficient staff made letting to the right tenant very easy. Good to find an agency I'll be pleased to use again.

Fantastic experience: Prospect Estate Agents are highly professional and are refreshingly efficient. From the moment we met Phil (Camberley Branch Manager) we were impressed and all the staff were incredibly helpful. Prospect achieved an offer on our property which we accepted in super quick time. I think this company is light years ahead of the competition and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend Prospect to anyone looking to purchase a property. They were friendly and professional throughout the process. Nick Pipe in particular was absolutely brilliant, he managed to help us overcome a little hiccup in our purchase and I really feel like he was 'on our side' as it were. He was knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process - there was no chasing to be done on our part! When we next move, we will definitely be using Prospect and I encourage others to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shannon and the team at Prospect to anyone letting property in the Camberley/Sandhurst area, and indeed have already done so. We engaged with four local letting agents before choosing Prospect. We were particularly impressed with their local knowledge together with property management expertise and willingness to provide a service that met our needs. They found us Tenants within our required timeframe at the rental we expected to achieve. From our initial meeting, through marketing, viewings and finally to inventory and tenant check-in, they kept us clearly and frequently updated on progress in both a professional and friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: Chris has been very professional and honest and he delivered through out my journey in renting my property. Monica

Fantastic experience: Started my search by registering my details with Prospect's camberley and sandhurst branches. Within one day I had 3 viewings booked in camberley and 5 in sandhurst. Had my offer accepted through the camberley branch a few days later and have just completed. Phil, nick and andy have all been fantastic throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: Pleasure to used. My contact there was Nick, always helpful

Fantastic experience: We bought our new home through this branch. Nick was brilliant and responded quickly to any questions or queries we had. I did not feel chased or pressured at any point in the process. I will definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a property

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience and service from Shannon & Chris - Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I was very unsure which Estate agents to choose but I was incredibly pleased with Prospect, Shannon was very helpful and always professional . I also must give credit to Chris who put in a lot of hard work to help me find my dream home. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Staff were very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: We have rented our property through Prospect, Camberley for a number of years. Communication has always been seamless. Quite a large error was created by one of the team recently, but Shannon went up and above to sort the mistake which is why we have continued to rent our property through Prospect. I would recommend choosing Prospect Estate Agency to anyone. Thanks again. Charlotte

Fantastic experience: My experience with Prospect when selling my house was so much better than I expected. I had weekly calls from Ryan, when he moved to a.different branch and Phil became the manager, he called me to introduce himself and arranged to come to see our house and meet us in person. Our weekly calls continued so that I was keep in the loop at all times. Every member of the team are very professional but we're also down to earth and easy to deal with. All of my phone calls I made to them (and there were many) were treated with the sensitivity that I required. I think I talked to most of the team through out all of this, Kas was fantastic with booking in viewings and keeping me informed, Nick Pipe helped with information when I called in and Andy Murphy kept me sane in the final two weeks, which I found really stressful. Without this great team, I would not be sitting in my new house now enjoying all of the benefits I have from this move. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: Prospect earned our business by keeping in touch. They made contact regularly to find out what was happening with our properties. They were patient and when the time came we didn't go anywhere else. They have now let both properties and we're very pleased. We are hoping the on-going support lives up to expectations.

Negative experience: have rented a room of prospect due to it being closer to my place of work than my current home, would defiantly not do this again, they provide great customer service and will agree to anything till you pay them, then they disappear and deny all knowledge of what has been said.. we have had many issues with the property from no hot water to flooding and prospect try to do as little as possible to resolve this or any other issue, unless money is owed or there is something they can charge for. another issue is their lack of knowledge regarding their own industry and what is allowed and not allowed, like trying to force tenants to to sign new fixed term contracts with threats of eviction if new fixed term contract is not signed . if you have to go wit this company i would suggest getting everything confirmed in writing that they say, and make sure that's on headed paper and not via Email as they wont honour that either

Fantastic experience: Mr Sam very good man

Positive experience: Searching for a place to live is generally very stressful but I would like to sincerely thank Prospect Estate Agency - Elliott Garrington specifically - for their assistance in finding us a property that meets all our requirements! The staff are professional, approachable and make the process as smooth as possible! Would definitely recommend them....Thank you Prospect!

Negative experience: Worst letting agents they are only after money.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time looking to move out of the family home and Elliot has made it very easy for me to do so. He was punctual, well presented and a pleasure to be around, his effort's have made me a very happy customer.

Positive experience: The agent - Elliott Garrington was very professional and unlike many other agents we have met he was very knowledgeable about the property and willing to give us useful advice. I would completely recommend working with him.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and professionalism by Elliott Garrington Prospect in Camberley, been really helpful always had time for us when we had questions or concerns about the process, would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome agent.

Fantastic experience: When we first met Sam we were impressed by his positive attitude and knowledge of the local rental market demonstrated to us as a result of us dropping into the Camberley office and Sam making time to see us without an appointment. A date for a valuation was made and Sam attended on time. He spent time looking over the property ensuring he noted all the relevant details required to place the property onto the rental market. He was confident he could find a suitable tenant quickly and within a couple of days had arranged four viewings from which two offers at the asking price were received. Would recommend anyone to contact Sam regarding their property and they can expect the same excellent service we received.

Fantastic experience: The agents were really helpful from start to finish. They were excellent at getting in touch with answers to any question we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying/selling a house in the area.
