Fantastic experience: I bought my first house at auction from this team and honestly the service was great. Auction day - Jo made us feel so welcomed and calm when we arrived, Brett the auctioner was great I was so worried that it would go super fast and I won't be able to keep up but he went at a great pace. The house and the current bid was displayed on the screen behind him so it was really easy to keep track. Whole team congratulated me when I got it. Day before/Completion day - Pearsons did recommended a solicitor firm called O'Hara when it came to completion with them there were some issues but Brett picked up the phone at 5:30pm the day before Completion and helped me get through the issue I had with the solicitors. The day of competition there was more complications with sellers solicitors, and Mark sorted it out so that I would be able to pick up my keys on the same day. And a big thanks to Rosie who did the viewing for me, was friendly, patient and answered all our questions. I would definitely work with them again.

We got an offer at asking price within two days of the start of viewings and although that was partly due to the desirable location it was also down to Pearsons having worked to have potential buyers lined up. The buyers wanted completion in six weeks, which was good but a huge challenge to achieve. Pearsons were instrumental in achieving such a quick sale.

They were always easy to get in touch with and prompt to respond to any queries or concerns which was particularly important in the final stages of transaction which could have been a lot more stressful had I not had this great team behind me! I don't plan on moving house ever again but if i ever did I wouldn't hesitate to go straight to Pearsons first and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property in Winchester.
