Negative experience: We rented through savills for 2 years and it was not a great experience. Between slow replies and ever changing property managers, it made communicating with them really difficult. I will not be renting through them again and I do not recommend it either. My experience with Reah Cyrus was not great at all.

Fantastic experience: Although we have not actually been clients of Savills my wife and I, as those looking to buy a property, have had quite exceptional service from Savills Winchester and particularly from Robert Tottle. He was the lead player for two properties, marketed by Savills, for which we made an offer during 2023. For various reasons our purchase of the first house did not proceed to contract but no one could possibly have done more than Robert to take things forward to contract and completion. As prospective purchasers we were kept fully informed by Robert about how and why things were not proceeding as hoped. He went way beyond the call of duty to try and “save” a situation but, sadly for him and us, this was just not possible. We searched for another property for which Savills were once again the Agents. For the second time negotiations were by no means simple and in a situation that dragged on and on Robert once again kept us fully up to date with all that was happening or not happening. Again he went far beyond the call of duty to us and calmly encouraged us to persevere when deadlock loomed.
