After losing our house a month before we were supposed to move, he very quickly helped us to find a new place at a price that suited us (convinced he's a miracle worker). He was happy to answer any questions and provide as much info as he could and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us through this process. Negative experience: it is genuinely so difficult to get them to do anything. they gave us a falling apart house and everytime something goes wrong they threaten to bill us. they’re also genuinely so rude and patronising everytime we try to call about an issue. maybe it’s because we’re students but they genuinely treat us like we’re stupid. i absolutely do not recommend.
