Fantastic experience: We were very impressed with Dybles, espcially after a really terrible time with our initial Estate Agent. We left our initial Estate Agent after 6 months of terrible service and no sale. Within 4 months, Dybles had sold and completed on our property. That's the summary of our experience with Dybles and here is a detailed list of the reasons we would not hesitiate to recommend Dybles: 1. The inital meeting: they didnt overvalue, were very polite and enthusiastic about marketing the property. They had great knowledge of the area and great experience selling similar houses. 2. They specialise in marketing the property and took very high quality photos vs. photos taken by a mobile phone. Our advert was much better with Dybles and we saw more viewings as a result. 3. 1 point of contact: This made communication much easier and we knew exactly who to contact when we wanted to get in touch 4. We received weekly updates even when there had been no update, so we were always kept in the loop. 5. Dybles have invested in excellent technolgy/ an App which meant we could log in at any time and see real time updates/ask queries and even see how many people had viewed our ad. This gave great peace of mind and we could access the info from anywhere. 6. High number of viewings compared to the other estate agent. 7. Great updates once sale had been agreed and we could track the progress online at any point. 8. Team dedication even after the completion date: The team offered to read the meter and hand over the keys to the buyer. The whole team were very accomdating and we really appreciate the full commitment of Jack, James, Isabella and Olivia and the rest of the team. We felt that they gave the sale of our house priority and care we had hoped for, which we didn't receive with out initial estate agent. We wish we had marketed with them from the start!

Fantastic experience: We purchased our first home with the help of Dybles - communication was amazing, which made everything so much easier. During the buying process, we did have some issues in negotiating some problems that arose with the previous owner, but with the Sales Progression team (particularly James Ankers), helped us in addressing and resolving these issues really quickly. From the first viewing with Isabelle, all the help from Jack and James, to collecting the keys - everyone at Dybles were super helpful and keen to help us get everything over the line as smoothly and as quickly as possible!

Fantastic experience: We both sold our property and bought our new house through Dybles and I have to say that Dybles were the most competent party in the entire buying and selling process. As a starting point, they have a professional take photos and floorplans of the property (rather than somebody just snapping a couple of pictures with their smartphone). They were easy to get hold of for various questions and discussions throughout the process and the sales progression team was really useful by prodding the solicitors (including our own) to actually crack on and progress the cases. The team hosting the viewings were familiar with the property details (seems like a funny thing to have to note but when we were looking at properties ourselves, we had multiple viewings where the person showing us around knew barely anything about the property) and conducted high impact engagements with potential buyers. Winchester has a range of properties (and prices). Some other estate agents that we engaged with didn't seem to be interested in providing a good experience unless you were buying/selling something above 1mil. Dybles provided a very high quality service for our reasonably priced, terraced family home (likely at the lower-band of properties that they list). Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for Dybles' sales and progression team and no hesitation in recommending Dybles as their professionalism, real world advice, very effective marketing with excellent communication and continuous focus on the transaction, was refreshing. Having now completed the surprisingly complex sale on our flat I do feel vindicated in having appointed them. I can attest to the intricacies of our flat sale, which were exacerbated when our initial sale fell at the final hurdle, but Jack and his team very quickly found a new and viable purchaser. The professionalism and tenacity in finding a new buyer and then James and his team seeing the sale, with myriad frustrations, through to completion was exceptional. People talk about exceeding expectations as if that is realistic or measurable, but actually meeting expectations is the reality of what matters and Dybles have unquestionably done that for us and with a smile. Fantastic experience: We were really pleased with the service we received from Dybles on the sale of our bungalow. They were professional, communicative and extremely helpful throughout the whole process, right from the valuation to completion. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: This company has been about as close to negligent in its management of my daughter's student housing as it is possible to be. I could catalogue the problems in the property when they moved in, the ongoing issue of ignoring needed repairs, the problems with having broken back and front gates which is a security risk, misinformation provided etc... but there isn't enough time or space in a simple review to do so. All the students in the house are living under immense stress and anxiety due to anti-social neighbours who regularly engage in illegal activities (including setting fire to their garden, throwing rubbish in their garden, verbally and physically harassing them as they come and go, throwing eggs at their windows etc...) and Dybles wash their hands of any responsibility for letting a house with a documented history of dangerous neighbours. The girls have made numerous police reports, but even if the neighbours were lovely, Dybles have failed in so many ways in regard to the property itself (failure to repair as required or even having a proper standard of readiness when moving in in the first place). This is in complete contrast to another estate agent in Winchester who managed her property last year, which couldn't be faulted for their professionalism. RESPONSE TO BELOW COMMENT:I have just read Dybles response below - the landlord was not even aware that the property had been rented initially (which potentially explains the poor state of many areas in the house upon arrival), so I am skeptical of how promptly or effectively the issues raised have been forwarded on. The police and council also indicated to the tenants that the problems with the neighbours were longstanding and ongoing, so it is difficult to accept claims that Dybles have previously not been aware. Police have advised the girls to film themselves leaving and entering the property for safety. I appreciate a managing agent is just that and the landlord is ultimately responsible for maintenance etc.., but given that the tenancies are generally to younger people (students) and in this case, a home of young women, it would be good if the same duty of care (as shown by my daughter's previous letting agent) was extended by Dybles.

Fantastic experience: Dybles sales team marketed my house at a good price then after several viewings a near offer was accepted so a job well done. Next the sale progression team took over to make sure the sale proceeded in a timely manor. It seemed a bit slow at times through no fault of Dybles, slow buyer searches and christmas break didn't help. So overall a big thank you to Dybles.

Fantastic experience: Jack and Abbie got us in within two weeks from the viewing and one week from us confirming our interest in the property. Fantastic team always available and helpful.

Negative experience: We sold our house with Dybles and several attempts were needed to achieve this. We chose them for their competitive pricing at a fixed rate which worked out to be just below 0.8%. So far so good, one star for this. We decided on the sale price ourselves as we did not think their estimation was right (and succeeded with our price at the end), we could not choose photos from the photographer (she apparently just took one photo per room), and we edited their standard advertising text to better suit the property. During viewings, staff that did not know the property were showing prospective buyers around and there were several agents who we had not even met before. The follow-up process was outsourced to an external company without previous notice and consisted of useless check-in phone calls. At some point we had the impression that they were working for the interest of the prospective buyers. The recommended mortgage adviser was difficult to work with and created us some additional problems when drawing down our mortgage from our bank. Update January 2025: Dybles is forwarding us energy bills for our old property, although we were not the owners anymore (and had closed out all meter readings when me moved out). DON'T USE DYBLES, they don't know what they are doing and their staff is not trained at all! Minus five stars if I could!

Negative experience: Arrived to this property and the gas line had been completely cut off to the property (illegal). And the property is not in an acceptable condition to live in. There is no hot water to shower and no gas to cook yet I have received zero compensation for having to live here in this state. The lady in store when I went in seemed clueless and tried to blame myself.
