Especially Grace and Bianca whose communication skills are fantastic, keeping me informed and reassured things were happening. A big plus is they did what they said they would when they said they would. The level of passion is reassuring and I felt like they would and did sell my house.

Fantastic experience: We have used Haybrooks before with no problems at all. They are very on the ball. I was keen to move forward fast and Bianca Johnson the lady who attended to give us the valuation had her camera with her. She went through the break down of all the costs. We talked about our home to her and how we had enjoyed living in it and all the memories we have while living here. How the location and design of the home fit into our lives. When our home went on the market Bianca described beautifully our home using the conversation we had to create that image for future buyers. I was touched by that especially as it wasn't expected. Negative experience: We found a house and after calling the agency multiple times, changed two agents we been told to put our highest offer in and we did but did not hear back again before we noticed that the property was already sold. Not professional at all! I would stay away from them!

In very little time, valuations were agreed, photographs carefully shot, advertisements released, and arrangements made for escorted viewings. She also explained their fees and what we would need to pay up front for the EPC. Since then Leah has been our main contact for arranging viewings and she's been great at providing updates and telling us what the options are. She was extremely professional and informative at all stages from coming out to value my house and getting it on the market on the same day and selling it within what I think was 4 days of viewings.
