Fantastic experience: Atlas is the most efficient estate agent I have ever dealt with. I am in property and have dealt with many agents over the years but this company's standards for communication and service are far superior than any I have come across. Whilst more expensive than some online agents , the service that you will receive will be worth it especially when it can be so stressful selling or buying a property . I would highly recommend this company

Positive experience: Really happy with Atlas once we had a buyer. Staff were really helpful and the process was good. Unfortunately we did feel the initial valuation was way off and probably a “lure” to get you in. Once we dropped the price to something more realistic we got a buyer. Think the valuations need work.

Positive experience: I viewed two properties with Atlas and was lucky enough to have an offer accepted on the second property. Carolyn Fairhurst (Senior Sales Negotiator) was extremely helpful, supportive and professional despite time pressure and stressful circumstances. I really appreciated her prompt responses, patience and communication throughout the process. She was very kind, bearing in mind the circumstances and needs of both the seller and us as buyers, making sure the process was very transparent and all parties were kept informed and up to date. Jan showed us round both properties - she was very friendly, approachable and enthusiastic. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars was due to the viewing experience on the first property. This may have been outside Atlas's control, but there were 3 to 4 couples viewing a three bed property in a single time slot. This made the viewing experience feel cramped and made it hard to get a feel for whether the property would be a good fit.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Atlas estate agents highly enough We engaged Atlas and one other local agent to sell our mother’s house. In a short period of time Atlas had 26 viewings and 5 offers but only 4 viewings and no offers through the other agents. At every stage of the process Atlas were very professional, communicative and personable. A special mention must go to Danielle, Jane, Sarah & Julie. Atlas were brilliant from start to finish and I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property

Fantastic experience: Brilliant form start to finish. I had three estate agents for valuation. Atlas were the agents who made me feel the most comfortable and didn’t rush me. Pro pictures as part of the service. The period marketing the house went smoothly, as did the offer process. I was kept informed of all milestones or key events like offers/viewings/cancellations etc. atlas organised and presented the house for me for viewings. When I price was agreed, Atlas passed me to the sales team. Claire was brilliant. Always professional and upbeat. Helped push both sets of solicitors along when they needed. Fantastic experience: I'm a first time buyer. I was obviously new to the whole process and had a lot to learn about it all. Fantastic experience: Over the past 6 months we have been trying to buy a house in Liverpool to be near our family. We have used Atlas Estate Agents in Allerton. Danielle was the first estate agent we dealt with when we were trying to purchase a house in Calderstones Avenue. She was really helpful and efficient and tried her best to secure the property for us but unfortunately we were in a chain where our buyer hadn't sold and the lady in Calderstones couldn't wait any longer. However, we were really pleased with Danielle's care, commitment and help to us. We then found a house in Baroncroft Road and the agent in charge of this was Bobbi Scott. Danielle was helpful with any queries I had and would always be sure to get back in touch with me as soon as possible whenever I had sent over an email or gave her a phone-call. Even anytime I rang the atlas office, every colleague on the phone was very polite and helpful. Although I did not go through with any of them, atlas give you the help of the optional breeze move portal where you can choose a solicitor and even give you a list of mortgage advisors/brokers you can use. I found this to be very helpful as it gave me more options to look into when choosing a solicitor. Thank you very much again Danielle, and I wish you the best of luck for the rest of your career!

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with Atlas Estate Agents. On the morning of completion day (a Friday), before completion had taken place, I received a call chasing payment of their commission. I had exchanged contracts on the Wednesday and was already under pressure dealing with the move. At the start, I was told I would have a dedicated sales agent managing the process, but this did not happen. Only one viewing was arranged in over a month. That viewing was scheduled for a Saturday, the viewer did not attend, and I was unable to contact anyone at the agency over the weekend. The eventual buyer came through a neighbour rather than through the agent’s marketing. Despite this, I proceeded with Atlas as the buyer contacted them directly. Overall, based on my experience, I felt the service did not meet my expectations and offered limited value. I would not recommend Atlas Estate Agents.

Fantastic experience: A superb experience and service coordinated through Carolyn F. First class communication. The pictures of the house were part of a slick photo shoot that was very well managed. Market appraisal and expectations managed throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Atlas Estate Agents Liverpool. The process of selling was smooth and transparent. Positive experience: Prompt and realistic valuation. Professional photos on website and media. Kept updated along the selling journey. Only negative they had no one available to do most of the viewings as they were busy.

Fantastic experience: Atlas were more expensive than others to sell my property. They suggested a lower sale price too. However, I went with Atlas because I thought they were realistic. They found a buyer within 4-6 weeks or so. Their online videos of the property on Instagram are exceptional, they often use a drone and having backing music etc. The organisation during the sale process is good. With easy to read milestones. They offer a solicitor shortlist - but you are free to choose your own - I choose my own, but they had good prices listed. There is a small fee to check your identity/source of funds I think it was under £50. Their office is well staffed. I don't think I called them once, they always called me first. So I would recommend as selling / buying properties is stressful and they were well organised.

Both the sales and rental experience have been to an extremely high level of customer care. You receive constant communication through emails, and any queries that you have are answered immediately by email or phone.
