Fantastic experience: The company is very reliable and helpful in many ways. We have stayed in one of the rental properties in Liverpool City Centre and never had a problems. The stuff is very responsive to any question and it’s quite helpful that you don’t need to go via any bot chats to get an answer. Also, we were always notified beforehand about any inspections or viewings. And never had a problem if some dates didn’t work for us.

Negative experience: If I could give a zero I would have. The toilet, shower, and other facilities were not working upon our arrival. Long maintenance time even after complaints, incorrect clarification and reduction made from the deposit like 50%.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Belvoir thus far is one that I am happy with. Arranging the viewing was easy and I was promptly responded to. The viewing was conducted by Haris who is very friendly and helpful. I had difficulties finding a guarantor for my apartment (my fault, not Belvoir's) and when emailing Amy to sort this, she was very patient and understanding. She has a very approachable personality, is honest, down to earth and still retains professionalism.

Negative experience: Verrry poor service. I emailed the team twice (after clearly mentioning to the agent I want to hold the flat when we had the viewing) and called multiple times to hold a flat. Then after 72 hrs of not responding they informed me the flat is been held and is no longer available.

We are very happy in our new home. I want to appreciate too the system Belvoir uses to provide a nice 3D of the properties. Other property adds have really 'calculated', 'fake' and bad photos that have nothing to do with reality. As well as the house descriptions, Belvoir presents the properties giving a clear and honest description, without any extra additional and useless text.

Negative experience: Poor service nowadays. Earlier when we moved in , they were good. But now, multiple issues popped up and they try to go round without being of any help for the tenants . Only suitable for landlords I guess.

Negative experience: Wouldn't even try and get a property through this letting agent again. Had a viewing booked for nearly a week for a property me and my fiance both really wanted, and 2 hours before our viewing time got an email to confirm our booking, and 15 minutes later got another to tell me it has been cancelled as it is no longer available. Don't even have the time of day for everyone who have booked for a viewing to put in an application, and cancel on extreme short notice, will not be using their services again. Me and my 9 month pregnant fiance are absolutely devastated as we could really see this property being our home.
