Fantastic experience: This was the first time selling a property for me and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I did unfortunately lose money but that was simply bad luck due to timing of buying the house (Covid) and the weird place the market is in now. But they were honest and understanding right from the start never sugar coating it. The photos were fantastic and extremely professional. I originally put the property on the market in January with Haart and didn’t get 1 single viewing right up until I left them and signed up with Yourmove. In 5 days I’d had 5 viewings and an offer. I especially want to give a shout out to Jessica and Georgia who were absolutely brilliant in answering questions, chasing the relevant people, replying quickly to phone calls and emails and being genuinely lovely to deal with. I would sell with these guys again without even considering anyone else.

Fantastic experience: My burglar alarm malfunctioned at 1 am Sat morning. So you can imagine I thought this will be a nightmare on a weekend. I called the management team and spoke to Maddie M who I believe was having one of those days with lots of calls. She took my details asked for pictures and said she would deal with it . She did, an engineer called later and had been informed of my problem and details he was then able to walked me through the relevant steps needed to solve the problem, Maddie emailed and called back to made sure I was happy and everything was resolved, she took more details and clarified if I needed anything else to call her. Maddie is a credit and helped me out of of what could have been a bad weekend.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best letting agent in Northampton, very professional. Harry showed us around and was a very well presented representative. We had a few maintenance issues and contractors were very friendly and tidy. To give a balanced review, it took around 1 month for the works to all be done so not super fast but they were kept on top of and never felt like anything was forgotten - thank you Maddie for that.

Darryl was the first person we encountered from their office and assisted us with 2 viewings as well as a valuation on what was our current residence at the time, to understand the rental yield we could potentially obtain. He was personable, informative and genuinely interested in us as people. Michael then assisted us with listing our property to rent, creating a fantastic video and photos for the advert and answering all of our questions along the way. There is nothing he does not know about renting properties and alongside Darren, put us at ease about the entire process.
