Fantastic experience: There have been a number of maintenence issues that I have had dealt with quickly. Drew Stewart had been really helpful sorting out a leak issue in bathroom coming from the shower. This problem was resolved immediately.

Negative experience: After a final inspection I was told there would a one deduction for a broken blind which I agreed to as I was aware of the damage. Since final inspection, a further deduction for another blind was added and despite several emails back and forth, no evidence was provided for the second broken blind. I was then assured that I would NOT be charged for the second blind. I then received another email from a different member of staff stating I WOULD be charged. The lack of clear communication and lack of evidence for deductions is unacceptable. I have now had to dispute through TDS. Whilst living at the property I let so many things slide (like the fact my heating was never fixed despite me asking) and now I am being charged for things that were not broken when I left. I would not recommend this agency.

Fantastic experience: Repeatedly excellent service when selling or buying property. David and Jamie are both brilliant, get things done and always come back to you very quickly. Not pushy at all, just honest and fair with their valuations, communication and general dealings. I've used them a few times and the experience has always been the same. They're a breath of fresh air, some of the other agents I had to value were outright lying or playing pretty underhand tactics to try and get me to sell with them. Jamie, on the other hand, just came for a chat - all up front, the good, the bad, the ugly and the easily repairable, all was laid on the table. I'll be using them again when I next get the chance

Fantastic experience: I had an overpaid bill to Howkins & Harrison as I forgot to cancel my standing order after I moved. After I contacted their Northampton office reporting my overpayment I got a phone call from Drew Stewart confirming my bank details that he can return my overpayment to. Shortly he sent me an email confirming he's just arranged for the amount to be returned as requested. A few days later, my money is back.... Thank You Drew Stewart!

Fantastic experience: My property has had issues for a long while with a communal entrance door which allowed access to anyone. The new Property Manager, Drew Stewart, contacted me about this and took full details. I was shocked to find out that just a couple of hours after our first conversation the door had been fully repaired and was now secure. With young children and elderly people in my block this was a huge safety issue so I’m so grateful to Drew for taking my concerns so seriously and dealing with this as a priority.

Fantastic experience: I have rented with H&H for 5 years now and when you live in a property for that long issues will come up. On this occasion there was a problem with the plumbing and although I initially called it in on a Saturday morning, was called back and told that someone would be to fix it on Monday (I requested afternoon). I called on Monday and was lucky enough to speak to a gentleman named Drew, he was very polite and have managed to send me someone the next day (Chris) who went above and beyond to fix the issue, and even though he had to deal with a very peculiar tight space which required a specific slim type of materials, even though that brand new part turned out to be faulty and he had to go and get another brand new part, neither Chris nor Drew gave up on their task, with very fast actions and evident knowledge and hard work, they managed not only to fix the issue but also turn an unhappy customer to an extremely happy (5*) one who is very thankful and appreciative of the work Chris did and how Drew handled this from start to finish. Fantastic experience: I wanted to commend Drew Stewart personally for his work with myself and my partner. We had a lot of issues with our landlord and drew took on our case personally and resolved the issues fairly and efficiently.
