Fantastic experience: When Tom came round to value the house and talk through the different options, including how the property would be marketed and photographed, he wasn't like a typical estate agent who gives you a rehearsed sales pitch. Instead, he was honest, approachable and took the time to understand both the property and our situation, which was a real relief. One thing that immediately stood out was the quality of the photographs taken by the professional photographer on behalf of Henderson & Connellan. Compared to other estate agents we had looked at, the images showcased the house beautifully and really highlighted its best features. Tom also took the time to bring members of his team round to the house before any viewings took place, which meant they genuinely knew the property and could confidently answer questions from potential buyers. Fantastic experience: My property went up for sale in March, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I particularly loved that every member of staff viewed the property. It meant that whenever someone called, the person they spoke to already knew the property and could answer any questions straight away, which made everything feel much more personal and efficient. Fantastic experience: Excellent service - highly recommended. Initially I had chosen Henderson Connellan based on the 5* reviews and was not disappointed. At our 1st meeting I was impressed at how prepared Tom was with loads of research and we had a straight conversation about the sale of the property, condition, asking price and fees. The video and brochure they produce was top quality. We sold the property within 2 days of it being on the market at our original asking price (we had offers for lessor amounts too). It has taken 4 months to complete the sale, which is more down to the solicitors, but during this Victoria and Lily managed the whole engagement process between myself and the buyers very well. They are a great team. I have no hesitation in recommending them and felt throughout that they had my best interests in mind. Thank you

From last minute issues that were resolved same day to long term negotiations, they were spot on and cannot be faulted. Fantastic experience: I think we all seem to think that selling houses and being an estate agent is an easy way to make money. My experience over the past 3 months has completely changed my mind. Fantastic experience: The team at Henderson Connellan have been brilliant and highly recommend. The team were really friendly from the first telephone call. Lily in particular was great, very friendly and personable and made the whole experience very easy. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she always kept us up to date with all the goings on. Everything was done quickly, photos and adverts were up the same day as they came out and they got us lots of viewings within a few days in a challenging market. Will be recommending to all friends and family should they need an estate agent in the future

Fantastic experience: If anyone thought an estate agents job was easy, to do well it isn't. To keep the momentum going and keep the various parties of solicitors, vendors and buyers and all the bits of the chain together is a tough job that Henderson Connellan did incredibly well. We were initially leaning towards using an agent in Olney to position our house in that market, or doing it ourselves online where they make it look very easy. We have been thoroughly pleased through the whole sale journey with the choices we made regarding the estate agents we chose. Throughout our journey Tom and Simon acted with great integrity, kindness and helpfulness, even to the point of, not only providing boxes for our packing but delivering them too.
